Y a visit to uncle kokhwa's house. - the title's so like compo's title. lol.
the CNY holidays has come to an end (even though there's 12 more days of it to go), and school's resuming tomorrow. how sad. thank goodness lessons start only at 2pm tomorrow, so i still can sleep in later abit. teehee!
riight, today i got up at noon and got ready for steve sim and jing xuan to pick me up at 2pm. lol, that same big lorry again. i took rather long to get dressed, as i can't decide which shoes and bag to go along with my outfit. i even irritate my brother by asking him again and again. wahaha! in the end i wore pumps with my usual handbag.
my get-up. i love this new top. i bought it last friday with leehong and twinny. (;
after picking me up, we went on to seng kang to pick melvin up from his grandma's place. i don't know why but melvin always reminds me of wilson. ohwells, i think it's partly because i know melvin's existance was all due to wilson. they were on pretty good terms at one time, then melvin tends to call wilson now and then when i'm around to talk shit with him. sigh. =\
anyway, after picking melvin up, we went to AMK mrt station to pick the rest (nnp, zhi ling and luhua) up. btw, i was supposed to be meeting everyone at AMK too, but last night steve and jing xuan called and insisted on picking me up. shrugs* after which, we went to look for uncle kok hwa's flat at avenue 3. it was tough looking for a parking lot for that huge vehicle. lol. we found one still anyway.
alright, we went up to uncle kok hwa's house and did the usual greeting thingy. haha! it's like some major conrad gathering. there were 3 other security uncles around in uncle kokhwa's house. after collecting our ang paus, we began our gambling den.
we played mahjong. boy, i regretted sitting down to play with this uncle (i don't know his name, but he's our security too). he's such a PRO loh. totally like my dad's standard. nnp and i felt like we had just board the pirate ship! the players were nnp, that uncle, steve sim and me. both sim and uncle were pro players loh. nnp and i wanted to play small small, like say 10 cent 20cents, or at most 20 cents 40 cents, but they insisted on play bigger. in the end, we all agreed on 30cents 60cents, but NO LOH!! they cheat us, and the bet has become like $1 $2!! wth. we played one round, the dong round, and i've lost a total of #25 already. that uncle kept making big cards, and i lost $10 to him for 2 rounds already. how they calculate? i've no idea!! everything's going so fast. i know what's my weakness in gambling already. argh! when i began losing big money, my hands will start shaking. lu hua, patrick (he came later), jingxuan, the other uncles, were standing around to watch. i shake more! lu hua even offered to take over me, then the loss he'll cover and i'll take the wins (if there is lah). for that, thank you, luhua! =D i was trembling so much, that steve sim decided to stop the game. and lu hua left at that time to meet a friend.
we swapped to play blackjack after that. more players came to play this time round. melvin combined with sim to become the banker. WAHAHA. i'm like steve's nemesis today. he never seems to win when i cup cards for him. LOL. i was doing real good in blackjack, and i won back what i lost earlier plus a lil more! i felt really awkward at one time, that is zhi ling kept acting like my other half. he kept asking me if i need any thing to eat or drink, or whatever a other half have to do. like wth?! steve was looking at me weirdly, plus i felt damn ... uneasy. i kept looking over to nnp for help, but that slow pork don't seem to get the hint. -.- okay nevermind about that. we continued our cards game till 6pm, before the uncles left and we, the young ones, changed game.
heh, we played mahjong again. WAHAHAHA. i seriously can never get enough of mahjong. :x the players this time were steve, jingxuan, nnp and i. and we agreed on playing 20cents 40cents this time round. haha! and my luck's picking up all the way. at times uncle kok hwa will take over jing xuan awhile, then together with steve, they two pro players will tend to talk alot of rubbish to confuse nnp and i. but i kept warning nnp to be alert, because i can tell they did it on purpose. hrmp, don't even try. i was winning at first, until the last round when jing xuan sorta become more and more lucky. she kept gaming, and in the end, i lost 20cents in all. but overall, today i won $9.80 altogether. LOL! poor nnp. she lost $18 in all and was lectured by patrick after that. we finished our game at 9ish tho. steve wanted to send me off, but i was sorta mad at him for treating nnp badly, so i attitude with him a little. :x
riight, so steve, jingxuan and melvin went off, whereas patrick, zhiling, nnp and i walked to AMK central for our late dinner at MosBurger. went to played a few rounds of pool aftermath. only nnp and i played, and the guys watched. haha! its really been eons since i last played pool alright. only recently kinda addicted to yahoo pool, so i suggested playing today. haha! it was fun. and we played till 10ish before we went our seperate ways home. i had to walk a distance to the bus stop for me to take bus home, and zhi ling insisted on walking me there, even though i told him not to. alright, then he walked me till the bridge before i shoo him off to take train home.
riight, shall go slack a little before i'm going to bed. some random things..
- my back's aching now. i've been sitting on that damn backless chair to gamble for the whole day already.
- luhua, thanks for trusting me. (: i just finished talking on the phone with him.
- sigh, he just asked me out on vday. i told him no 'cause its school day, but he insisted on me not to answer him so soon. so guess it'll still be a no.
- i still can't stop thinking about him. wonder how's his CNY over at batu pahat. wonder how's he. sigh... why?
- i can't decide where to go tomorrow after school. feel like going for some shopping. after paying off my bills, that is.
- riight, gotta help nnp with her OOP assignment. java suxors.. =\

Y mahjong is proven to be addictive.
lately, i seem to be addicted to yahoo pool. i've been playing alot for the past few days. i'm just trying to practice on my angles and aiming, you see. haha! i'm actually playing it now while i blog.
okay anyways, mahjong was great today. reached kengey's place at about 6ish and i was the earliest. there were only kengey and his brother, wei li, around. we waited for whoever came first before we began our mahjong rounds. jing yi mui turned up first. thus, kengey, wei li, jing yi and i played for the first round. it was going fine, until i got super high when i actually gamed wrongly!!! i think i wasn't paying attention or i was feeling sleepy, but i actually mistaken one tile for another. i see wrongly!!! plus i think i was concentrating too much on making big cards, that's why the blunder. and then, i had to pay everyone $3.20 each!!! that will be $9.60 in total aiight!! heartaches* oh, we were playing chips anyway.
riight, the game goes on until the end when we began counting win and lose before swapping players. ah dong took over jing yi earlier, and there was li chung and zhen yu who joined us later. guess what? there's some miscalculation in the chips at the beginning. it's a long long story, but in short, we all agreed on FORGETTING THAT ROUND. hahaha! thank goodness for that miscalculation, if not i'd lose $14.10 alright. however, those losers (kengey and i) will have to treat everyone pizza dinner, which we ordered via phone at 9ish. it became kengey's treat after that.
we began our second round, and this time round, i played against 3 guys - zhen yu, ah dong and li chung. kengey shared with zhen yu and wei li shared with li chung. i was losing at the start, then we stopped halfway to have our late pizza dinner. we resumed the game aftermath. then until the last set when my luck began beaming. i kept gaming, and the very very last round, the dice was stuck with me all the while. haha! my dad was waiting to fetch me at 888 plaza at that time, that's why i felt this unnecessary stress over there. he was at my aunt's place in marsiling earlier on. i had told him not to wait for me, but he insisted on waiting for me, 'cause he don't want me to waste money to cab home. not only that, steve sim was sms-ing with me and even offered to come over to send me home on his "lorry". err, he was with jing xuan and melvin at that time. so of cause between my dad and steve, i will choose my dad right. haha!
so yay. we ended the game at 1ish close to 2am. li chung and i were the winners. i won $4.60 and he won $1.40. haha! ah dong and zhen yu lost. haha. oh, and zeee came at 12ish. it's been so long since i last saw her man. (: we didn't manage to catch up much tho'. :/ riight, so kengey accompanied me downstairs to meet my parents and brother and i went home. i think the rest continued their games after i left. i wanted to stay so much, but my dad waiting for me lah. aiya, nevermind. i was getting tired anyway.
well, i've been winning for these 2 days and i hope tomorrow too. provided there'll be tables for us to play. and i think mahjong is seriously addictive. riight, i shall go continue my game before i turn in. will be heading over to our security uncle kok hwa's place tomorrow with the rest. Y sorry, i miss you..
hey i'm back to blog! CNY has been pretty mundane this year. day one has past, and i'm spending my day two afternoon at home. boo, gotta wait till evening time then i'll heading over to kengey's place for MAHJONG! come on baby~
riight, how did i spent my yesterday? here's it. my family and i got up at 7ish, and prepared for our usual CNY routine. there's a slight change this year, due to the not very good situation in the maternal side of my family. for the past few years, we'll usually visit my grandpa's house opposite my house first, before visiting my granny's place in marsiling and then we'll be stuck there for the rest of the day to gamble. that was the norm, but this year we swapped and visited my granny's place first before my grandpa's. and this year there's no gambling, so we went home to rest after that.
anyways, this year my day one outfit was pretty simple. i even decided on my top at the very last minute. haha! i wore a brown halter top to go along with my new levi's pants. then i wore the black pumps i bought in JB to go along. simple~

at my granny's place, i collected 6 ang paus. it was cousin derrick's first year distributing ang pau this year!! lol, he just got married last june, remember? lol. then uncle raymond brought his baby son over, and he's so cuteeeee lah!!! omg. teehee. and also, my aunt was like asking me about wilson. where is he and stuffs. sighs* we slacked there for about an hour or so before we left. see, we didn't stayed on like the past few years. felt pretty awkward and upset tho'. riight...

then we reached my grandpa's place at 11ish. i missed that place man. the block was where my family and i used to stay. we stayed 11th floor, and 3 units belong to my family, my grandpa's and my dad's eldest brother's. the corridor felt like it's ours only. haha! but we've moved, so only 2 units belong to us. this year we stayed in my grandpa's house slightly longer. managed to see more relatives this year as they usually came in the afternoon. went over to next door after awhile. haha, my cousins were still as warm as ever. their place was crowded man. after collecting our ang paus and eating, we sat around to chit-chat. just my cousins, my brother and i. ai ying began asking me about wilson. she's the only one who knew about him. alright, told her a little bit lah. sigh, why like that? reminds me of him only. ):
went back over to my grandpa's for a while before we left for home. my brother went to his girlfriend's place after that. for first time in history, we get to go home so early to NAP on the first day of CNY. i came home and rested, then decided to ask nnp and zhiling out for company. we agreed to meet to go to the Riverside Hongbao 2006 in the evening. went to meet them at city hall at 6ish. accompanied nnp to eat at Mosburget at Raffles City. zhiling got me the CNY version of conrad bear. small one. LOL!

went to marina square to meet my parents, brother, angelia and my cousin, ivan, after that. we're going to the Riverside Hongbao 2006 together. this year's was so boring alright. the crowd was like WHOA and it also began to drizzle after awhile. we left about half an hour later. my brother and his girlfriend left with their friends after that.

went into marina square GV with the intentions to catch a movie together. yes, all 6 of us (ivan, my parents, zhiling, nnp and i). haha, in the end all the movie slots were either selling fast or sold out. changed of plans to play pool, but it's fully booked as well. in the end, we played in the arcade. yes, my dad played daytona too! lol. we played for a short while, before nnp suggested playing mahjong at my house. so the 4 kids squeezed at the back of my dad's car, and off to my place we went.
we began our mahjong at 11ish and we had a great time playing. the players were nnp, ivan, my mom and i. zhi ling was playing with my laptop. he has real great patience, i must say. he waited for all of us to finish our game, when he can actually go home first. anyways, mahjong was great. ivan was the pro, and we were having tuition. learnt more insights of mahjong today. and i can't stop teasing nnp about some silly matters. WAHAHAHA! we played till 1ish when we ended the round. guess what? i was the SOLE winner of the night. all of them lost money, and i won $5.90 in total. wahaha! dog year is good year for me, i hope! :x
riight, ivan cabbed home whereas zhiling and nnp ton at my place, because they didn't wanna cab home. that'll be damn expensive alright. one's in clementi and the other's at kallang. haha. so i had to stay up to keep them company. yawns* we went to 7-11 to buy food (even though my mom cooked some food for us already), before coming back and eat in my room. we rot and slacked in style. then nnp and i scandal on the bed. we had the snoring competition. hahaha! it was hell of a joke can. i think we seriouly irritated zhi ling who was playing my laptop. lol. and i think nnp got so bored that she began talking to my giant conrad bear. very funny lah.
until about 5ish, i became so lethargic that i dozed off a little. zzzz, then at about 6am, they left to take the first train home. haha, and finally i got to sleep till 12ish just now. my second aunt's at my place right now. lol, another ang pau collected. =D and i'm off to start my day two now... ciaos! Y Lunar New Year Eve.
HAPPY LUNAR NEW YEAR EVERYONE!! woof*
it's day one of CNY today, and i've spent my new year eve fruitfully. i've been busy the whole day, till i've only got now to update my blog. teehee. slept to my contents till 12ish this afternoon, before i began cleaning up my room. the final shot. (:
i dug out all my photo albums and flipped through it. without realising it, i'm actually taking a trip down the memory lane. i've changed alot. i'm serious. haha! then i began stuffing everything into my wardrobe, and made it neater. after which, i tidied my bookshelf, then vacuum/mop the floor, then ironed the big loads of clothes. once i'm done with all that, i began pampering myself and did my own DIY hair treatment as well as manicure and pedicure. wahaha! the outcome was ... okay? my first attempt okay. it's hard painting my right hand, 'cause my left hand is unstable aiight. LOL. it was all good tho'.
at 5ish, i helped out my mom with the reunion dinner preparation before we had our dinner at 6ish. mommy dearest whipped up a few dishes and our dinner became a really big feast. =D it was fun eating together and also, we ate the yu sheng in advance this year. it's supposed to be eaten on the 7th day of CNY, but because most of us won't be free on that day, thus we ate it today. then after dinner, we got ready to head out. ooh! i started using my groovy green contact lens today! i felt it's not green enough leh. should have taken cool green instead. :/
my dad drove us to chinatown to feel the festive atmosphere. whoa, it's really sardine-packed alright. we had to squeeze our way through. ohwells, though it's tough squeezing through and i hate all the squeezing, but it was all fun. feel the vibe! (: we managed to buy a few goodies at lower prices too. haha! check out the lightings there. we did not stay for the fireworks/firecrackers at 12mn tho.
we left chinatown for loyang da bo gong temple at 10ish. the road there was jam packed, and my dad had no choice but to park his car rather far away. we had to walk quite a distance into the temple. again, the temple was packed with people. there was some mini stage with performance there as well. we went to pay our blessings, before we stayed by to watch the performance. oh, i went to read those zodiac's fortune there too. seems like those born in rabbit year will have a smooth sailing year ahead. and it says that rabbit will find their true love this year. HA, what crap! i don't believe in that. and then, i went to read the year of pig. it says their year would be smooth sailing as well, and that career would be good for them. it would be the best time to change job as well. ohwells, that's you-know-who's zodiac. :/
riight, we waited for the countdown. we were given party poppers to pop at 12mn. haha, the countdown began, and everyone popped their poppers. HAPPY NEW YEAR. the "god of fortune" went on stage and sang everyone a song. haha! sms-es and calls came flooding in. i texted my blessings to him, expecting that it won't be responded at all. but hey! he replied to me. =D that's a good start for my year. at least i know he don't hate me. i wish everyone good life and fortune ahead. (:
left for home aftermath. i was on high tide and my bladder was about to burst. i refused to use those mobile toilets, so i made my father speed home for me to use the toilet. wahaha! and we got home at 1ish. (: just got my ya shui qian from my parents. woohoo, first ang pau of the year. =D and now i shall go do some stuffs, before i hit the sack. gonna wake up early tomorrow morning. so laters~

Y the chronicles of narnia.
hurr. some "irritant" irritates me early in the morning at 7ish. hahaha! she texted and called me just to make me get my arse off the bed. in order to make her happy, i told her i've woken up but the actual fact was that i went back to sleep somemore before i really woke up at 9am! hahaha. sorry lee hong!! :x
took the train to twinny's place at 10ish aftermath. waited for lee hong to reach, before we began with our madness "party". we got twinny to change into some lok kok clothings, before we helped her to dye her hair in the bathroom. it was disaster! i was singing and laming while helping her to dye. i've even got lee hong to be my assistant, then ended up the both of us messd her hair up. hahaha! it was all fun tho', and the results turn to be ... okay? lol, not much difference to it, to be exact. ohwells, the colour was dark brown anyway. and it's such an OLD bottle, that who knows it might have expired already. booo. lol.
riight, we waited for twinny to got change before we took 106 to town. oh, i borrowed Crayon Shinchan Vol7 from twinny too, but i've forgotten to bring back. haha! yay, sleeping spells fall on the 3 of us when we were on 106. we slept all the way to town and alighted outside lucky plaza, before walking over to FEP. went to hollywood secrets to check out, and wanted to do my manicure there. but dammit! their slots were full, so they can't take in anymore customers. fine, we lost the mood and i'm totally gonna give up on doing manicure this year. gonna paint my own nails tomorrow or something. BAH.
alright, we spent our entire time roaming around FEP. ate our lunch there too. haha, we were shopping so much trying to find our stuffs. i managed to buy one more top. woohoo, i love this new chic looking top i've bought. hurr. (: we left at 5ish, and i took the train home. on my way home, jing xuan, melvin and sim called me. they were together at sim's mom's workplace. they kept disturbing me, then they were about to go sembawang to buy some stuffs. and sim said since it's quite near to my place, he will come pick me up and i'll join them. BUT then, i had thought there would be mahjong session at my place later in the night, so i rejected them. haha, sorry! there'd be another conrad outing on the 3rd day of CNY soon. yay! o.Ov
i got home at 6ish, and i took a short nap. then there were many unforeseen circumstances, so our mahjong and late night supper sessions were cancelled. boohoohoo! i was oh-so looking forward to them lah, but ohwells, it's okay. there's million tons of chances in future. (: in the end, my brother and i tagged along with my dad to pick my mom up from work. then we shopped around toa payoh central. went yum cha before we came back home only just. (:
hmm. i seriously think my bill's gonna bomb yet again. sim is flooding me with sms-es. he's so darn lame alright. i'm getting bored now. shall call lu hua to check him out now. he was stucked at his doorstep earler on, because he forgot to bring his keys out! wahaha! okay, i'm too bored so am ranting some stupid stuffs. ciaos for now! P/S: the chronicles of narnia rocks!!!! superb show man. very touching that i cried. the part when azlan the lion sacrificed his life for edmund. ohmans!!! and ohoh, knight peter is so damn CUTE! :x luckily for the dvd, if not it'll be such a waste to miss this great show! (:

Y movies crazed.
HITCH is dumb. haha, it's hilarious-ly dumb, of cause. i've watched the DVD lu hua lent me last night, and i'm gonna watch the chronicles of narnia after this. wahaha! i still got harry potter and the goblet of fire to watch as well.
woohoo. so many nice movies recently. anybody wanna watch i not stupid 2 with me? most prolly watching that during CNY. hurr.

guess what? i skipped school again today! i know that's a very very very bad thing to do, but i seriously got some stuffs to do with my mom today. plus my mom was the one who suggested i give school a miss. i did felt a lil guilty after skipping all the lessons today tho'. so yay.
was dragged outta bed at 8ish by my mom today. followed her to chong pang market for breakfast, and also i had to see a doctor. shopped around to buy some stuffs, before we went home to get changed to go out again. went to my granny's place at marsiling aftermath. before that, i went to have my hair trimmed again at the saloon. the previous haircut wasn't obvious enough, thus my mom suggested i go cut again. and this time round, the result is shorter and much much thinner. i had a shortie ponytail right now. lol.
riight, went over to doris's after that. stayed there till 4ish, before my mom and i went to shop around CWP for a short while before heading back home. zhi ling called and tried to chat me up this afternoon. haha, what a great timing. i was talking to my mom about him. seems like he left a pretty good impression for my mom, but i told my mom what i felt about him. i am glad that he's always there for me all this while. been so patient and all these sorts. i admit that i always felt taken care of by him, as he seems to be looking out for me all the time. but wells, i told my mom the feelings i had towards him are just for a really great friend. my mom smiled and said this to me, "ni zhen de zhang da le." yay, i did realised that my thinkings towards many things has matured alot.
anyways, today i made my mom spent a bomb on me. waha! i talked alot to my mom today. we talked about wilson too. she started wondering if i were to be still with him now, how are we all gonna fit into the car my father's company loaned us, as there'll be wilson and my brother's girlfriend with us too. but wells, all that are just empty thoughts. no longer gonna happen. i believed it's because of all these that are making me missed him all of a sudden. sighs* i feel so sleepy, yet i've got so many things that i wanna do. shall go and finish everything up now. tomorrow's gonna be a long day for me again. laters~

Y where's the festive mood?
chinese new year is nearing. does anybody feel the mood yet? i seriously don't. lately, we're just shopping for the sake of shopping-for-chinese-new-year, and it's not entirely because it's chinese new year soon. okay, it's a lil contracdicting over here, so nevermind 'bout that.
today i was woken up by a few sms-es, then since i'm already up, so my mom (today is her off day) treated me to lunch downstairs. after which, i came back and got ready for school. waited for li'e at the bus stop before we went for UD class together at 2pm. twinny was uber late today. haha! during UD, we had our assignment design walkthrough which all the teams had to present our application prototype to the class. while the other teams presented, we waited for twinny to reach the class. once she reach the class, it was our turn almost immediately.
for this part of our UD assignment, i didn't contribute at all, because i don't have vb.net what. so basically twinny and li'e are doing everything. i believed they'll understand, no? because i've contributed in other parts and other assignments too. well, if they ever wanna blame me for this, i seriously won't mind them telling teacher about it and teacher can forget about grading me. i seriously don't mind. (: anyhows, we anyhow presented our prototype. we struggled a little too, because of some parts that teacher tried prompting us. damn. ah heck, we got it over and done anyway. guess they're left with some editings and coding to be done, then we can submit the assignment soon.
after UD, we went to the ISDT classroom to leave our things, before going to the canteen to grab a bite. we really took our own sweet time man, because we went back to class only 40 minutes later. haha! and once we were back in class, we were released 10 minutes later! power right? lol! and so i came straight back home after that. will be going to chong pang with my family to buy some CNY goodies later on. so laters~
P/S: which coloured contact lens should i get? cool green/groovy green OR warm hazel? so far i've tried misty grey and romantic violet before already? howhowhow? hmm~

Y just don't try.
have you ever wondered how it'll be like if you get to be a, for my case, guy, for a day? in other words, become the opposite sex for one day. that is, you will have the male body but inside you, you're still you. get what i mean? i bet that will be so interesting. haha, it must be because of the recent manga i'm reading, wo he ta XXX, that's arousing my thoughts. the story is so darn interesting about sex swapping between these 2 characters. it's hilarious too. twinny and nnp are hooked to this series as well. =D
as mentioned that i'd be skipping the morning classes today, and sure i did. i went for PM only at 2pm. we did some class discussion on 'leadership' today, then we had our group discussion. it seems like our class seems pretty enthu in the class discussion today. everybody began talking about HITLER. haha, hitler only reminds me of jae. haha! sat around with li'e, twinny, neeky and danny and we did our group discussion till 4pm, before we were released.
went to square @ 31 to look for lee hong before we all walked to the bus stop together. took our separate buses aftermath. i went to hung out and chill with some friends till 9ish before i went home. it was a nice and great chill-out session. and i made a new friend today. winks* teehee! (:

Y been far away for far too long..
i know it's not right to skip lessons, but i feel really lethargic to go to school nowadays. so i've decided to skip the morning lessons tomorrow and go for only PM which i can't afford to skip anymore. yay, so perhaps i can have more time to do my stuffs. tskk.
anyhows, i went to school for 3 hours only. had WT practicals at 9am, which mr teng demostrated to us some bluetooth technology thingy, and we were dismissed. li'e and i (twinny skipped WT) joined lye hong and sheena to have our brunch in the canteen. we slacked in the canteen while waiting for twinny to come, before attending the UD lecture together. we decided to skip WT lecture aftermath, thus we left for town together with neeky.
took 171 to far east plaza and we girls began with our shopping spree, whereas neeky went off for his hair cut. we shopped around aimlessly, then we bumped into lee hong and her classmate in gelare cafe eating dessert. and so we joined in with them and i ate cheese cakes too. waha! i know it's fattening, but that's too tempting ya. lol. left leehong&co. to continue with our spree after that.
twinny and li'e went off to pan pac to collect their pay after that, whereas nnp and i continued shopping ourselves. accompanied nnp to grab a bite in BK for awhile. neeky came and join us after his hair cut. omigod, his haircut was like WHOA!! so damn jap! handsome lah. lol. and i seriously think he's so god dammit freaking rich. haha! riight, he went off for his driving lessons after eating with us whereas nnp shopped somemore. i didn't manage to buy anything, except for a comic book. wahaha! other than that, i've got my eyes on sooooooooo many stuffs. hurhur. after CNY will be time for some serious buying. lol.
we were supposed to meet twinny and li'e at takashimaya, but the 2 of us were attracted into so many shops before meeting them, so we were kinda late. hahaha! OMG! i saw so many things that i wanna get lah! especially the adidas jacket!! $79!!! and the outfitters girls tees! lol, i gotta save for some other stuffs, thus i did not get them yet. :x
anyhows, once we were with twinny and li'e, we decided to go for dinner. we wanted to eat at plaza singapura but i felt really lazy to walk there. so twinny and i took a bus (we got bus concession) there, whereas li'e and nnp walked there. haha! we waited for them in pastamania before we ate together. shopped around the mall for awhile after dinner till 9ish before we went home. took 857 home and i got home only at 10ish.
hmm. sometimes when things really get on my nerves and i wanted to spill everything out yet i can't, that feelings sucks totally. it just got my blood boils non-stop. don't try to be nice when i know you dislike all my doings. stop acting like you're an angel and i'm the devil. BAH.
riight, leave that aside. i've got better things to look forward to and plan for. laters~

Y why like that? ):
riight, my router dies on me so i'm unable to connect to the internet by the normal way since last night. i was actually using the net "illegally" earlier on. haha, kidding. it's just that i detected some unknown wireless connection and connected myself to it. the signal strength was uber low then. however, my brother and i managed to resolve everything and made use of our wireless broadband modem to connect using some encryption key, and ta-dah, i'm connected legally! haha yay! o.Ov
so finally, i'm able to do an update. (:
21/1 saturday:
got up at about 11ish, and i got ready to meet the rest at SP. i wanted to take 852 before changing to take 74 there, but because i missed one 852 so i took 855 instead. sigh, i seemed to have phobia taking that bus now. when it past by upper thomsom, "goodbye my lover" by james blunt was playing through my earpiece, tears began welling up in my eyes. i've no idea why. sighs. i felt pretty down throughout the journey, until i'm with the rest then i braced myself up.
when i got to dover mrt station, zhi ling, li'e and li'e sister were already there waiting for me. we made our way into SP and found our way to the foodcourt for our lunch. we had pizza for lunch, and i bumped into some of my juniors there. after lunch, we checked out some booths and i saw felix there. haha. wells, what i can say is that SP OPEN HOUSE WAS A BORE! haha, its not happening at all. we got so bored, and decided to leave SP and head over to NYP open house. it was 2ish then, and we still got a few more hours to go before we gotta work. thus, i called nnp to meet us immediately before we took the train to NYP.
right before we stepped into NYP, we already heard the screamings of the dancers and audiences in the auditorium. as usual, there's always performances going on during their open house. patrick came and join us before we roamed around the school. the bazaar was much more interesting than SP's. before we left NYP for work, foreign bodies were performing on stage. i spotted li xiang almost immediately. haha. they danced really greatly. i actually missed the chance of bumping into zeee! ohman. we were so near yet so far ya? haha! after watching foreign bodies, we left for work.
it was close to 5 when we left, thus we called office to tell them the 4 of us (nnp, li'e, zhi ling and i) will be late and will come in at 6.30pm. haha! when we got into conrad, it was already 5.35pm. we went to change and eat, before reporting in the ballroom at 6.30pm. oh, after so long of not seeing him, today he's back in action. a strong gush of weird emotion rushed through me at that moment. SIGHS.
anyhows, samsi was giving us a training session when we stepped into the ballroom. we listened for awhile, then he assigned us our tables. and guess what? i was put to partner nnp at the south room! hahaha. riight, i was supposed to be serving cocktail with nnp, but i was put to be usher at the lift landing by steve. but well, we got a strong feeling it wasn't him. oh, nevermind. door opens at about 8pm, and i went in and did the norm. felt rather reluctant to talk the whole night. i was practically communicating with the guests using hand gestures and eye contacts. i felt totally lethargic. only at times will open my mouth to talk to steve sim, nnp and lu hua. tired.
dinner went on smoothly anyway. nnp is strong. haha! (: then dinner ended at around 11pm, and first batch staffs went home. steve chose us to stay back, but out of the blue, wilson sent nnp home saying she don't have to stay. sigh, he's still the same. his impression of nnp's is still that bad. luhua told me something that wilson told him which made me a lil hopeful yet disappointed. ohwells, nevermind. so i stayed with li'e, and turned over the room till 12mn. i was basically doing the table cloths with xia yun most of the time. then we were signed out at 12mn. and know what? our vouchers were all signed in at 6pm instead of 6.30pm! haha, we earned 3bucks more even though we were late. :x
li'e and i went to change, before meeting nnp outside. yay, we decided to have supper outside. went to withdraw money in suntec, before walking over to the 7-11 to buy our supper to eat by the road side. tho' it's pathetic, but the company's great still. zhi ling came and join us after work. he was signed out at 1am. lu hua wanted to join us, but once he heard we are sitting by the road side, so he decided to give it a miss. nehneh. -.- haha! anyways, when we were talking about wilson, i can blurt out things about him like i've known him for life. like i knew him so well. but the aftermath was torturous, because the fact was that .. i no longer know him anymore. sigh.
after which, we walked to the esplanade bus stop to take our separate night riders home. lu hua called while i'm on the bus, and we bitched about SO many stuffs. haha, until my battery actually died on me. lol. in the end, i got home at 3ish, and my brother's friends were here for mahjong session. wanted to go online, but because of the damn router, so i can't logged on. went to bed right after that at 4ish. zzz.
sometimes i feel so tired. i need a break.

happy 19th birthday to martin and yuen fatt!
heh heh, it's pay day but i ain't getting much this time round. :/
got up at 8.30am this morning. felt really drained. nnp's such a big shot man. today's the day she's shifting house, and all of us has to NOT book for work and go down to clementi from all parts of singapore just to help her out. haha! i got ready before taking the train to chua chu kang at 10ish to meet luhua. the 2 of us are taking zhi yong's lorry to clementi for brunch. picked li'e up at the mrt station before we went to this coffeeshop for brunch. zhi ling had something on, so he came slightly later and meet us at the coffeeshop straightaway.
went to nnp's old flat (blk 311) after that at 11ish. then we began bringing stuffs from her flat to the lorry. because there wasn't any carparks near her block, so we had to carry the stuffs for a distance of 1 block to load them in the lorry. haha, twinny and i had so much fun acting nuttish. hahahaha! what's funny was that, when we tried bringing the bamboos down the stairs (can't fit into the lift) , she accidentally kicked nnp's study chair down the stairs! hahaha. and alot funny incidents lah. we were laughing so hard. we sweat, fooled around and loaded everything into the lorry before making the first trip to nnp's new flat 2 streets away (blk 421). i took the front seat with twinny most of the times, so i'm still okay. those at the bad were worst tho. hahaha! :x
all in all, we went for 3 trips before we got everything shifted over. i did sat at the back a few times with the rest. zhi yong played stunts somemore, and we were screaming at the back. haha! attention grabbing man. but it was all fun. (: once we got everything shifted over at the new flat, we rested and chilled in nnp's new room. oh, it's not exactly a room, because i feel it's more like a children playhouse!! there's so many soft toys LAH. i'd suggest she donate some to the orphanage. haha! really alot lah. :x
once we've rested enough, we left for a meal sponsored by nnp's parents. wanted to go beauty world, but it began pouring all of a sudden so we can't take the lorry. thus, we walked over to clementi central pizza hut to eat instead. we had our fills man. after which, all of us left for home.
anyways, i went to help my brother buy some stuffs before i went home at 7ish. before that, i dropped by the new tenchi comic shop to check out. haha! oh, i've bought the Wo He Ta XXX mangas from my brother's girlfriend. haha, i've decided to buy from her and start to collect this series myself.
alright, i am oh-so tired right now. shall go pack some stuffs before i'm gonna hit the sack. NIGHTS ALL. (:

tskk. the ice cream feast at haagen daaz @ bishan J8 was goodylicious! thanks for the invitation and the treat!! winks* teehee. i didn't ate anything for lunch, and only had ice cream. but then, i felt really full aftermath. haha, check this out! they looked great, and needless to say, taste great too! and i didn't had to pay a cents. thank YOU ya? left at 3ish, and we took the train to lucky plaza as we wanna check out some perfumes. WOOHOO, i bought one today! i did not buy the lancome miracle so magic afterall, 'cause if i buy that (big bottle), i'll be so broke for 2 weeks because i still had my phone bills to settle. thus, i bought the big bottle for paris hilton for $47. 2 bucks discount from the boss. =D other than that, i bought the burberry weekend miniature for $7.20. haha! actually, i've got my eyes on many other ones. ohwells, probably getting them next time. took 106 to meet nnp for work aftermath. li'e was late, and joined us in the changing room straight after she reaches. we got changed, had our dinner before reporting in the ballroom at 6pm. had our briefing my steven before he assigned us to our tables. intially, i was put to partner jun peng, but samsi swapped li'e to partner me after that. haha! it was all good.
went to serve cocktail, and half way through, ramesh got me inside to fold napkins before i'm out in the foyer again to serve cocktail. at about 8pm, dinner began. lu hua's side station was just next to ours, so we often chit-chatted. until steve can't stand us! haha. oh yah, steve kept calling me KU KU BIRD today! argh. riight..
everything was smooth throughout the night. i don't know why but li'e and i were pespiring alot. lu hua helped us to take the next course's plates for all courses, so at times we went over to help him, because his partner really cannot make it. haha! li'e and i took turns carrying oval trays as well, until 11pm or so dinner ended. by right, we were not asked to stay back but in the end li'e and i got to stay, whereas nnp had to go home.
we stayed and turned over the ballroom till 12mn and we were signed out. turn over was easy afterall, but seriously, recently conrad's really cutting down costs. sigh. no more biggie money. boohoo. took the 12.30am transport home anyways. saw my junior inside the transport once again. this time round was jun da, the once mushroom head. hahaha! jian qing and him were one group one lah. they joined ritz carlton together. we chatted alot on the van, and i'm seriously considering of trying out the banquet in ritz carlton. i'm considering.. zhiling and nnp wants to go over too. no, we'll not be quitting conrad but work at both hotels. hmm. aunty wendy can bring us in because she's working there now. hmm. hmm. probably during vacations then we'll see how.
sigh. btw, i feel that recently he seems to be MIA. i don't see him around in hotel, and i don't see him online either. sigh, where are you.. :/ nevermind. ):

Y the attack of the flu bug
i was attacked by the flu bug recently. my nose has now become a waterhose, as it just won't stop dripping. well, that sounded wrong. but i'm having a deadly bad flu and a lil feverish. something is wrong with my immune system. i don't get sick that easily so often, but why am i choose to be attacked by the flu bug now? hmm. can i manage to work tomorrow still? well, i believe i can! i'm short of chinkys!! boohoos*
today i woke up feeling my throat totally hoarse, and i felt it's really energy consuming just to talk. BAH! went to school as usual. li'e was late, and so was twinny. being late has become a norm among us nowadays. haha, so i went to SA class without them and waited for them in class instead. got back our SA assignment results, and scored a grade of C. that's quite bad actually. :/
once all the girls arrived, we were supposed to work on our tutorials, but ended up we were busy calling mery to making bookings. riight, next week's schedule is damn pathetic. there's functions only on thursday (tentative) and saturday (CNY eve), and both of the day we can't work! darn. so in other words, i'll not be working on any days next week. however, i got lu hua to book for me 4th feb, which is the 7th day of CNY. i don't care! i need money. argh. pathetic..
then SA ended at 10ish, and we went to the canteen to grab a bite before attending our PM class. i felt totally lethartic in class, so i did not contribute anything to our discussion. haha, ended up discussing about about class jerseys and some other stuffs. PM is a total bore anyway. zzz. luckily it's non-examinable if not i'll be dead for sure. but still, we'll be having an open book test on the eve of Vday, 13th feb. geez.
had our 3 hours lunch break at 1pm. ate in SIM canteen today. missed the chicken chop there totally. haha! lu hua joined us shortly after to collect his mangas. haha, we chit-chatted awhile before lu hua left for work and we left to work on our UD and other stuffs in the atrium. at 4pm, we went for ISDT lessons, which only 6 of us attended. the rest either went home or had went towning. haha, madness. finished up the practicals and we were off. went back home immediately after school, and here i am, blogging.
riight, work at 6pm tomorrow. and for tonight, i'm gonna make full use of the time to rest, study and enjoy. i don't care. for starters, i'm so gonna watch the 40 year old virgin DVD on my laptop now. i just downloaded the player online, but it's only for 14days trial. anybody have the free software?? :/

Y falling ill.
tickles nose* boy, how i wish this could help in making me sneeze! i'm down with a cough and flu right now. so don't come near me, if not you'll be infected then you'll be bedridden during CNY. tskkk. :x i'm refering to li'e especially, because the previous time when i was sick, she was infected then she lost her voice for a week or so. haha! so shoo girl. :x kidding. eat more vitamin C and you'll be fine. (:
heh, finally got to sleep more today. woke up at 11ish, slacked a lil before preparing for school. got to school slightly earlier to have a light brunch in the atrium with li'e, before heading for UD lessons at 2pm. during UD, we began with our part 2 assignment. for this, we have to make use of the VB.Net software. my laptop was unable to install that, so i can't help much, except to watch. i did not bring my laptop along anyway. i think twinny got a lil mad at us for something? was it us or something else? i don't know. but she did talked to me after that about something else. so guess it's nothing of a big deal, ya? hope so.
after UD, we had ISDT which nana went through the lecture. i think this week's topic was rather simple. we did the tutorial aftermath which the answers were basically lifted from the lecture slides itself. then we were dismissed at 4ish. damn early. haha! we stayed in class to continue with UD for awhile, before we left school. twinny head off to her friend's place, whereas li'e and i walked to KAP to catch a bus to town. yay, i had this strong craving for pastamania dinner thus i suggested hitting town. teehee.
once we were in town, we shopped around FEP. we were aiming for new shoes and bags, but none caught our eyes. i still can't forget the one i saw in city square at malaysia the other day. RM79.90. i wanna get it! probably making a trip there one of the days during vacations. wanna go for mangas shopping too! waha. :x riight, shopped around and i got a few loots. teehee! oh, we've even checked the manicure prices over at hollywood secrets, and most probably we'll be making a trip there on next friday before CNY. teehee! and then our stomach began rumbling, so we walked over to cineleisure for our pasta dinner. on the way there, we went into lucky plaza to check out our perfume prices. yay, i wanna get mine next week! =D
had our dinner in cineleisure, and we had our fills. woohoo! (: after dinner, we looked around at those push carts and i bought a pair of GREEN bling-bling ear studs from one. lol. went over to takashimaya aftermath. shopped in MNG, and there's so many nice tops lah. but i'd still prefer buying them in malaysia. haha, cheaper! :x riight, went into kinokuniya to look at comics after that. haha, so many new titles!!! argh. riight, we left when the store's about to close. decided to take the train home aftermath. on the way, we looked in to forever21 and many. argh, so many pretty tops! everything needs money. oh boy, gotta work my ass off soon. :x lol.
on the way home, lu hua called and we chatted till i got home when my battery almost died on me. oh ya, my most recent phone bill costs me 103 buckeroos LEH!!! 1000 over sms sent, and roaming usage. yay, i remembered answering a few calls when i was in malaysia last month. damn, i've to pay everything myself and i'll be so damn broke after that. how? ): ohwells, CNY is coming so maybe there's still a lil hope. haha. so from now onwards, anything not important don't sms me. call me okay? 'cause i got free incoming. haha! riight..
okay, i'm off to finish up the ISDT tutorials, then read some comics before i'm off to bed. laters~

Y birthday updates!
yawns* i'm just up from my short nap. i've been devoid of sleep ever since the launch of my I&E activity. turning in late and waking up early for a week alright! i'm totally exhausted. and finally finally, tomorrow i'll be able to sleep in later than usual, since lessons will begin only at 2pm. haha! riight, here's my birthday updates! (:
16/1 monday:
even though it's my 19th birthday, but school goes on as per normal. woke up at 6am before making my way to school. we were early as we need to submit our ISDT assignment by 8.45am. after submitting our assignment, we went to eat our breakfast in canteen 3. then we had our WT practical lesson in e-garage. it was just some RFID demostration which i still know nuts about. haha! towards the end of the lesson, i wasn't aware that li'e had actually told mr teng that it was my birthday. then mr teng got the whole class to sing me a birthday song. omigosh, i was shocked. lol. smiles*
after practical, my class decided to skip the following UD and WT lectures. so we followed suit and went off. li'e, twinny and i took 61 to bukit batok central and we waited for the comic shop, tenchi, to open up at 11am. while waiting, li'e went to buy a small cake from vemicakes for me. i thought she was buying for herself, but she bought it and presented to me saying it's for me. haha, i had to eat that on the spot before it melts. thanks girl!! =D
went into the comic shop to look around aftermath. initially, we were just browsing through, then twinny and i sort of decided to sign up as member. according to the lady, there's a branch in Yishun, so yay, i'll be signing up as a member soon. we wanna wait till the CNY promotions. teehee! =D so the 3 of us stayed in the shop to read comics for an hour, which costs 2bucks only. i read crayon shinchan and one more. haha, that's so cool. then 1 hour later, we left and head over to twinny's place, as i've promised lu hua to help him borrow comics from twinny. haha!
at about 2ish, we took 852 from the interchange to my place. sleeping spells fall onto us when we were on the bus. we were dead tired from all the rushing on the previous night. the bus was so stuffy alright. zzz. yay, so we reached my place at about 3ish and my mom came home soon after. we rested awhile, before going over to the MRT station to wait for nnp and jing xuan. O.O nnp actually bought me a birthday cake without me knowing. i hadn't wanted any cakes because i find no need to. then jing xuan passed me the present from herself and steve sim, the barman. i seriously didn't expect steve to give me a present. both of them bought me one soft toy each. one terter and the other is a bugs bunny. haha!
went back home aftermath. then amirah babe came at about 4ish. haha, she remembers the way to my house! haha, she came up all by herself and gave me a really sweet gift. one starry&furry photo cushion (?) and a bracelet. it's really pretty! (: then zhi ling came next. he looks different this time. hmmm. we started our mahjong session afterwhich. li'e, zhi ling, nnp and twinny. haha! then at 5ish, lu hua texted and told me he's reaching so i went to the bus stop to bring him over. he brought me all the DVDs i wanna watch!!! wahaha. great entertainment during the vacations 1mth plus later. =D he gave me some fragrant essence thingy as birthday gift. very nice. (: then.... nnp wants me to go the mrt station to bring patrick in at 6ish. see, i've been going up and down the stairs for so many times. i'm uber tired. zzz. and by the time i'm back, my brother&friends and kengey were already here.
at 7ish, we began digging in. a real simple dinner prepared by my mommy dearest. (: i didn't managed to eat much tho. after dinner, all of us rot in my room whereas my brother and his friends played mahjong. everyone's pretty much entertained in my room. haha! i only know my room was turned upside down after that. nnp and lu hua were having some pillow fights. haha! so entertaining. :x then they got me to open up and take out every presents, and wants me to take pictures. blahhh. for once, i'm not really enthu about taking pictures so not many pictures to post. i feel tired and lazy lah. and i don't know why but twinny said i'm forcing myself too much to smile. really?
at 8ish, amirah wanted to leave so we cut the cake first before she leaves. haha, nnp bought me a pandan kaya cake. sang song, blow the candles, cut cakes, distributed cakes. blah blah. they wanted to sabo me, but ended up never. i'm actually very lazy to go into details now. went back to my room to slack aftermath. everyone's eyes were glued to my television set, whereas twinny, li'e and i were trying to continue with our UD presentation ppt. i'm so sick and tired of school sometimes. all these shitty workloads are driving me insane. my 18th birthday was like that, and now 19th's too. arghh. i had no mood to work on the powerpoint, so i let li'e and twinny to do. well, it was just some editing on their parts anyway. i wasn't feeling too good at that time. i don't know why i was still hoping. sigh.
at 10pm, kengey left for home first. then 10ish, lu hua, nnp and twinny left too. then there were only those east-siders (zhiling, li'e and jing xuan) stayed to wait for steve sim to send them home. haha! zhi ling was using my laptop, while we girls rot in the room. steve came at 11ish, and jing xuan got me to call him to direct him the way. haha, he's really a road idiot! he came here so many times before (his ex-gf stayed around my estate too) and yet he can't remember the way here! haha. i hadn't wanted to go down with them to wait for him actually, but steve got me to go down. so yay, went down to thank him for the present then i'm home. i felt really unwell. gastric pain. i came home, washed up and cleaned up before i turned in at 12ish.
lastly, thanks for all the msn and sms wishes from all my friends. even people like yi liang, ben, william, kim all that remembered. really appreciated that. and jae drew me something nice on msn. haha! 17/1 tuesday:
felt really tired still, and so i decided to skip SA and slept in till 9am before heading for UD at 11am. that was when we had our presentation. i wasn't really well prepared, even though i've did my work. but still, i didn't read through the slides again. so i just briefly read through the slides and roughly presented. we were doing a device comparison presentation for IPod Mini and Zen Micro. i was surprised that mr chew actually complimented our work. haha! at 12pm, we had WT tutorial. haha, mr teng told us grandmother stories again. zzz. he actually dared us to do a Yoga position, saying whoever can do what he did FIRST, he'll give the person 10bucks. it's a very easy position lah! like some kind of lotus position. it'll be very unsightly for girls to do that in public, so none of us. JASON DID! hahaha! and sure enough, mr teng gave him 10bucks. haha, so funny! :x
before we left for lunch break at 1pm, sheena and lye hong told me to go over then they passed me a belated birthday present. teehee, it's so sweet of them. (: they bought me a black beady necklace, and there's a black rose!! very unique~ (: apart from that, there's another pack of CHOCOLATES!! lol, very nice indeed. thanks girls, =D and so we had our lunch together with lu hua in canteen 2. haha, then we chatted so much. now luhua is practically like our jie mei, because we talks about everything and anything. at 2pm, we went back for class whereas lu hua went to rot in the library before his next lessons begin. we had PM, which i totally had any energy to focus. i kept yawning away. until towards the end of the class, jianwen they all were discussing about CNY. we had decided to go our visiting trips on the 5th of feb, 8th day of CNY. haha! oh yay! =D ang paussss~~ (:
after we were dismissed, i went back home immediately. ZZZZ. dead tired.

Y peaceful.
few more hours and i'll turn 19, yet i don't feel any excitement at all. i feel.. peaceful, that's all. (:
14/1 saturday:
i woke up as early as 7am in the morning and head to school for a pretty dumb reason. reached school at about 9ish and i waited for twinny before having our early lunch in canteen 1, while waiting for the freezer contractor to withdraw the freezer. mr yap called when his workers has arrived, so i ran down to unlock the chain for them. when i got there, the chain has already been hacked into half. hahaha! they can actually withdraw the freezer without my presence loh, so what for i go down still? lame! went back to finish our lunch, before we went back home at 11ish. even more lame alright. haha!
got home at about 12pm, and had wanted to take a nap before going for work. but ended up, i watched some DVD while working on my assignments. haha! and at about 2ish, i went to meet li'e to shop around marina square to look for bags. didn't manage to see any nice ones afterall, so we went off to work at 5pm after li'e collected her pay at panpac. haha.

we went to change before grabbing a bite in the canteen together with jingxuan. then we report in the ballroom at 6pm. sigh, zhe bin no showed again and i've actually brought his present along loh! :/ anyhows, the entire ballroom was not set at all, and we began setting up the tables. bumped into wilson and i told him about his letter that was sent to my house the other day, then he told me to dump it. alright, i've dumped it. :/
anyhows, we had our briefing by steven at about 6.30pm. i was assigned to partner lulu at the very far end in the south room. arghh. i thought it would be easy since lulu knows how to be runner, but hell no! before dinner begins, she already said we'll split the runner jobs. she'll run in, and i'll run out. i agreed without thinking much, but man, was i dumb or what? when i told lu hua about it, he said lulu is smart because run only had to pick up platters whereas run out gotta clear everything. he wanted me to tell lulu to change, as in each person be runner for few courses, instead of splitting the way she did. but how to tell lulu? in the end, i kept quiet and worked. and i regretted so, because i felt being bullied! ):
when dinner began, lulu did helped out lah. but at times she's really lazy to walk to the bar to take drinks. then she portion food, which was so damn easy. i had to carry so many bloody heavy oval trays in. i had to kneel and bring up the tray for umpteen times, that my thighs are hurting now still! i think my face was pretty black throughout the dinner. i was okay with lulu, just that i felt really tired. sigh, and guess what zhi ling did? he saw me carrying most of the trays, when lulu (who was so much taller and bigger size than me) was serving outside. he felt it's so unfair for me, so he go say lulu. lulu then told me about it, and she actually guessed about what's going on between zhi ling and i. okay, riight.. whatever.
i felt extremely tired after carrying in sooooooooo many trays. i kept whining to li'e and lu hua whenever i bumped into them at the backlane. haha! all in all, i hate working with lu lu because she's darn lazy, but she's still a nice friend telling me many good advices. good? or bad? i don't know, yet. haha! at 11pm, steve sent some staffs home, and we continued to work till 12mn. initially, li'e and i had said we wanted to leave at 11pm, because li'e heard that if 11pm didn't go back, means will have to OT till 4am. but steve told us that we've got no choice but have to stay. so yay, we OT till 12mn then a handful of us went back. oh, during turnover, steve called me "kukujiao" across the ballroom! omg, how did he knows that's my nickname given by nnp?! hahaha, so damn nan ting lah, when that word came out from steve's mouth! hahahaha!
went to change before signing out. we did not take the transport home, as we wanted to go out to have supper together. zhi ling tagged along as well, and the 3 of us walked all the way to the 24hour kopitiam beside the museum, for supper. we ate and chatted till 1ish before walking all the way back to the bus stop near peninsular plaza to take nightriders home. it ended up i got home at 4am. KO immediately.. zzz.
15/1 sunday:
woke up at 9am, and my family and i prepared to set off to malaysia together. my brother's girlfriend, angelia, and nnp joined us too. teehee. nnp waited for us at khatib before we took the train to kranji together. took the bus to the custom and when we reached malaysia custom, it was about 11am already. something horrifying happened to my dad and brother right outside the malaysia custom. before entering the underpass, my dad and brother actually threw their ciggarete butts on the ground, and some officer caught them and told them to go into their office for a "talk". all of us ladies panicked and was worried about them, but we can only wait outside. when they were finally out, my dad told us that they were merely fined RM50 each. initially, they were supposed to pay RM250 each, but my dad negotiated with them till it's only RM50. hey, it's still such a waste alright. this must have taught them a lesson. haha. everything's alright after that.
we walked the the coffeeshop for our brunch, before starting our shopping spree in city square. wahaha! we love city square! we shopped alot alright. met kengey there too, as they were there shopping today as well. haha. anyhows, our purpose of going there today was for my brother to shop for his CNY stuffs. however, i did change SGD50 for myself to spend. i did managed to grab some goodies. haha! bought myself 1 MNG top, 1 red t-shirt, 1 handbag, 1 "crayon shinchan" manga and some toiletries. haha. you know what? the comics there were so DAMN BLOODY CHEAP!! RM4.50 only okay!! which is about SGD2 only!! how cheap! nnp and i wanna frequent there in future to buy mangas! hahaha.
yay. my brother, my parents and angelia bought quite a number of stuffs as well. nnp too! we spent like nobody's business. haha! nnp and i wanted to share to buy 2 levi's t-shirts, but ended up she's buying for herself and patrick. BOOHOOHOO. i also want! ): the levi's shirts damn cheap lah! haha. :x

at about 5ish, we took 2cabs over to da ma pasat for dinner. it was a sumptous dinner for my birthday. (: pleasant enough. teehee. after dinner, we cabbed back to the custom to head back home. traffic was smooth and we reached singapore close to 8pm. came straight back home, and rested before here i am blogging, and about to go finish up my ISDT assignment. i'm so tired can. zzz.
tomorrow morning gotta be in school early to submit our ISDT to the admin office, and lessons' as per normal after that. and after school, probably heading to twinny's place to take mangas for lu hua. after which, all will be coming over to my place for a small gathering. a simple gathering for my birthday. nothing big like last year's. haha. (: hope it will be a peaceful and pleasant day for me.. (;

Y friday the 13th - blessing in disguise.
phew* i'm finally able to sit down and blog right now. was busy packing some stuffs earlier on. teehee. anyhows. today's friday the 13th and my day was filled with lots of surprises. both good and bad. haha!
stunned! my dear gan bei lover caught me totally stunned. lol.
riight. i was up bitching with lu hua over the phone till 1ish last night, and thus this morning i woke up feeling even more shagged than yesterday. haha! woke up and took my own sweet time to prepare for school. at about 8am, then i left house and had breakfast with my mom downstairs, before taking 852 to school. waited for li'e and twinny at the bus stop before heading to open our stall. and my DEAR LI'E gave me my present today too! a jumbo birthday card which she spent the whole night thinking how to decorate it and a really cool bracelet which i wanted. i realised this year's presents that i received all came early plus they were stuffs that i want. lol. loads of thanks man. =D
once we got everything set up, some students approached us and informed us that the lot we are using was actually booked by them from 10am onwards. we were stunned and tried to argue with them in a pretty nice tone saying we booked that lot too. they were sure that they did not make a mistake, thusi logged on NPal using my laptop to double check. they were right. our booking for these few days were actually from 8am to 9am only. WTH? okay, probably for the past few days nobody approached us like today. so together with them, li'e and i went to the estate management office to check things out.
the in-charge checked many things with us, before deciding to find a corner with plugs for us to set up our stall. and thus, we packed our stuffs and let the other group to set their things up. the in-charge gave us a table and allowed us to set up our stall in the study area at the convention basement. it's directly beside the stairs passway towards canteen 1. there's its advantages and disadvantages of shifting over to that area, i guess. teehee!
what's bad was that we were the one and only stall at that area, so everybody were giving us weird glances. and also, that area was so damn stuffy and hot! grr. however, we still think this entire thing was still a blessing in disguise. because there were more goods than bads! =D we were the one and only stall means customers will LOOK at our stall only. and everybody MUST pass by our stall whenever they wanna go to canteen 1 or was outta canteen 1. the people flow was damn good.
riight, business began coming in. the usuals (luhua, nnp, lee hong and kwok keong) came too. while we were running our business, we were working on our UD presentation using my laptop at the same time. and now, it's 90% done! =D then at 1ish, kengey dropped by our stall after her driving lessons. haha, she came specially to support me and to give me a surprise. i went to lead her over from canteen 1. she came and gave me my very early birthday present!! it's the bag i got my eyes on the other day!!! haha. not only that, she bought me a piece of cake as well. she actually surprised me man. initially, she made me believe that she had bought that bag for herself, because she was using it in front of me. until she began removing another bag which belongs to her, and hand that bag to me, THEN i know it's actually meant for me. teehee, i love you kengey lah!!! teehee. and so, she bought a banana split from us, which she insisted on paying it 'tho i told li'e to charge that to my "account". haha!
anyways, ever since kengey's arrival, more and more customers came streaming to us. she even got 2 of her HCL friends, who happened to be NP students, to support us. both bought banana split, mind you! haha. kengey hanged around my stall till about 4pm before she left for work. (: then we continued business till about 4ish before we decided to close shop. mainly because we finished all the tubs of ice cream and were only left with abit of the chocolate ice cream. for that, we had our very own chocolate buffet which we got nnp, luhua and all to help themselves with the leftovers. haha! plus we made a few scoops and treated those people over at the cookie and blended ice stalls. they treated us so we treated them too. (:
after which, we began calculating our earnings. WAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! we made a profit of $35.80 in total. it's not much, but the word 'profit' is enough to made all of us beamed! =D this actually gave us a total indescribable feeling. a great sense of achievement. really. ((: so we split up the total amount, got back our own capital AND split the profits! although it's not much, but that's enough. from this project, we gained a really great experience. and we learnt many things. especially that, SCOOPING ICE CREAM IS NOT EASY!!!! my right index finger was actually a lil swollen after all the scooping alright. haha. and many other advantages lah. all in all, i enjoyed every bit of this project. (:
and at 5ish, we packed up and went off. locked up the freezer for one last night, and tomorrow the ice cream man will come and collect it. which means twinny and i had to make a trip to school for this to be done. (: we left school aftermath. twinny went off to meet zhi yong, whereas nnp, li'e, lee hong and i took 52 to clementi for dinner. had wanted to go IMM instead, but because we were complaining how drained we were, so we alighted at clementi instead. moreover, i was carrying quite a number of things - laptop and the presents. haha. tireddddd. zzzz.
we had so much fun over dinner in Mac. we were laughing so hard at all the jokes we made. looks like all of us were in good mood today. kind of. wahaha! left for home at 8ish aftermath. i'm still very tired, yet i tried to pack my room. lol. that's because i'm having visitors on next monday. yay, my girls, luhua and zhiling are coming over my place on my birthday for a small gathering. NOT celebration. like i said, i don't want any birthday. :/ but still, thanks for all the effort. i love you all LAH. teehee. (:
haha. i'm now chatting with neeky and he's sharing with me his love story. and OMG. okay, nevermind. hahahaha! working tomorrow at 6pm. =D and now, i'm gonna go finish what i need to do. so laters~ (:

Y lethargic.
i feel so lethargic the whole day. feel like dozing off and never wake up. sighs*
growing up is such a chore. can i remain at 18, the earlier days..?
i'm now gonna blog in details tonight. spell l-a-z-y for me will ya?
our ice cream business was as usual. 9am - 6pm.
SA lesson was cancelled because mdm hei was ill.
11am - 1pm, twinny and i attended PM class.
the class was pathetic because there were only less than 10 of us present.
went to look for lu hua in canteen 1 after class, before going back to tend the stall.
business was bad, because of the cold weather.
shopped around the other stalls next to us. bought a new green top for 10bucks.
read comic at our stall while waiting for business.
people like puay sian and mingkwang came to support me too.
sold out our banana split, and we gotta buy a new bunch tomorrow again. HA.
felt really sleepy the whole day.
began closing at 5ish close to 6.
business came in still, and we continued serving till 6ish before we officially closed.
earned $60+ today. wasn't that bad afterall.
all in all, we are just 30ish buckeroos more away to earning profits. yayness.
tomorrow our last day, and we shall have an ice cream buffet at the end of the day.
that is, if there is left over ice cream.
went straight back home aftermath, and i got home at 8ish.
ate my dinner, and here i am.
gonna do my UD and ISDT real soon, if not i really have got no time for them.
i wonder how's the conrad dinner&dance now. gotta get lu hua to update me later on.
4days to my 19th birthday. i don't feel any excitement at all. sigh.
i don't want any birthday.. T_T
oh, did i mentioned that my team got a B grade for our UD assignment part A?
double yayness for that. ^^

Y mangas crazed.
tsk. i wanna blog fast, and get my arse to read the number of mangas i've borrowed from twinny. not all tho, but at least a few. wahaha! lu hua and i are going crazy over mangas together with nnp and twinny. QUAN~ =D
today i went outta house slightly earlier, as i needa go over to twinny's place to pick up all our stuffs with her, before going to school to open our stall. we met with LOTS of hiccups here and there, so ended up we were late and made li'e waited for us for damn bloody long. sowie girl. :/ lee hong joined us in the morning too, and by the time we reached school, it was already 10ish. the keys to our freezer were with me so i have to be there before we can start business. we began preparing everything, and business begins.
we had some challenges today, because more lots were opened next to us. the one on our left were selling HOT pizza, and they were telling our customers to buy pizzas from them, saying this kinda weather is not suitable to eat ice cream. duh, nevermind. we were friends after that, and began supporting each other. haha! then some of the lots were selling clothings and accessories alright. it's like some mini bazaar. wahaha! we even went shopping in the midst. i got my eyes on 2 necklaces, then lee hong and twinny got cheeky and paid for me. and that's my birthday presents from them. hahaha! after which, nnp insisted i choose something else for her to buy. in the end, she bought me this real pretty floral blue sash belt. haha! so unique eh? i'm choosing my own birthday presents? haha! thanks anyway, girls. muacks.
today was li'e turn to attend classes, so at 2pm, together with nnp and lee hong, they left for lessons. twinny and i stayed to take care of the stall on our own. we made use of the spare time to start working on our ISDT, and at the same time, attend to our customers lah. haha! today i felt this great sense of acheivement, because most of our customers today were mainly passerbys and not just our supporters. haha! there were supporters too lah. hafiz came down today. my collegue, whom has stopped working for quite sometime, brian, came and bought banana split from us as well. haha. our classmates (neeky, danny, han de and jason) came and support us too. we sold 6 banana splits today alright!! woohoo. oh, we decreased our price by 50cents today. for banana split only lah. :x
that ah niang brought whole lot of friends to support us today too. haha, i forgot his name so i called him that, because he's abit niang even though he's not that bad looking. teehee. alot lah. our sales today wasn't that bad, even though there were few competitors around. we earned $73.50 today. and we needa replenish our spoons and cups aftermath. i'm providing the cups from home, whereas luhua went to ten mile junction to buy the spoons for us, since he's staying near there. haha. (: riight, business was good afterall. lu hua came down at 4ish, even though he hasn't got any lessons today. he helped us to close shop today.
we were done closing at 5ish. and shawn came too, but we were closed. yay, i was telling him about supporting me via msn earlier and he promised to come. probably tomorrow. haha! after we're done closing, with the help of lu hua's, we took 61 to westmall foodcourt for dinner. shopped around and went into ComicConnection to browse through some comics. haha! after that, we decided to go twinny's place to loan MORE mangas home to read. even lu hua borrowed some from her. hahaha. left to take 852 home at about 9pm, and thus i just got home not too long ago.
i'm so tired right now, but i've still got some things not done. so ciaos! (:
