Y fall back to the arms of grace
meeting up with my favourite girl always perks me up, and made me feel loads better after a lousy night! because of some reasons, the meet-up with tiffy has been postponed to next week, so i have intended to nua at home today. just when i was feeling extremely bored, a text from li'e rescued me from my boredom! hahaha. so instead of only meeting han de&co for dinner (which gonna be few hours later), i got changed at 2ish and went to meet li'e for some retail therapy. and i absolutely love shopping with this girl. hahaha! for that few hours, we merely managed to comb 2 malls - FEP and DFS. it's been long since we stepped foot into FEP, and we felt really lost there. there were so many younger ones around, that we found ourselves unable to fit in. haha! but well, girls will always find their ways "around and into" a shopping mall, so we ain't any different! haha.
bumped into quite a number of friends there. hui yu, dong and a long-time friend! all at separate timing of cause. haha! while shopping for bikini, i saw my ISAN (ice skating club) friend, zi xuan. hahahaha! singapore's so small! right, anyhows, the girl we ordered our ampoules from was in town today, so we managed to receive our ampoules today!!! :Dspeakin' bout online sprees, i'm so pissed with this girl who organised the Wetseal spree, which i've order a top and a boxer from. the spree was closed weeks ago, and the items has been shipped and mailed out last week. i paid a total of 22.90$ and another 9.22$ (shipping + postage) for both items, and yet i merely received the boxers, whereas the the top (which cost more) was no where to be seen! this can't be a case of a lost mail, as i've received the boxers, so i assumed it's either she missed out my item or mixed up my orders with another girl. i tried emailing her umpteen times, and yet she doesn't want to reply me! she doesn't look like the kind to cheat our money, because she's seems like a reputable organiser in the community, with many sprees under her. but still, she should have the least courtesy to respond to my email what! #$%!^&% fumes* alright, she responded and will revert back to me soon.
nevermind, i'll just wait for a few more days before getting the moderators involved. right, shan't let that spoil my mood further. li'e and i shopped till 8ish before taking the train back.
went to meet my folks at Yishun 10 for this action flick at 9.30pm. wheeeeeee! 5/5 chocobytes for this! absolutely love the exciting stunts by Donnie Yen and Louis Koo (whoo, hot bod!). this show has got my ass glued to the seat and eyes glued to the screen for 90 ol'minutes! what more can i say? great moves, bootiful hunks and interesting plot - definitely worth the catch! :D
the weekend's ending real soon, but hey, next week's gonna be a short one, so cheers!! =) oh btw, to hell with the emo shits i had last night. it will be over soon, i guess. ;)

yahoooooo. my first spree loots has arrived. dainty design facial masks from taiwan! cheap and popular! the spree organiser is damn efficient! even delivered the loots to my mailbox personally. and the handling fees is only 50cents!
i'm thinking whether to get the cucumber eye mask too. darn, this is addictive! hahaha.
right, i'm off to pamper myself with one of the masks. larling, go make your orders soon! this is highly recommended! =)

Y Prom Shopping! :D
my house's really packed with my relatives right now. the kids are just right beside me singing "He Xin Nian" and "Lao Shu Ai Da Mi". hahaha, their voices are so sharp and yet they are darn cute! my aunts and uncles are playing mahjong and cards outside, whereas i just finished bathing and is resting right now. today i had so much fun out prom shopping with li'e at town. met up with her in the afternoon to have lunch together before beginning with our shopping spree. tsk! we merely covered far east plaza, wisma atria and CK Tangs in 5 hours. we spent so much time in all the fitting rooms lah. haha, but it was really fun hanging out with this woman again. we sure had loads to catch up on. :)
i'm really lazy to go into details, as i needa entertain the kids beside me right now. haha! anyhows, i actually found a tight fitting Cheong Sum today! i think it's nice, but kinda too late to buy now as CNY's ending soon. i had been trying to find one for me to wear during Day 1, but ohwells, kinda late now. haha! alright, next year!! li'e, on ah! =)
went on in search of our prom dresses. tried numerous pieces of them, and we were laughing so hard in one of the fitting rooms we went into, together. lol!! it's really hilarious when i got stuck in a dress! you wonder how? go figure. :x LOL! in the end, li'e had to help me outta it and we were all in fits of laughter then. we sound so kinky ya? lol.
hahaha! we were so fussy when comes to dresses. it's either too long or too short. too tight or too loose. yadda yadda. haha! i liked this black oriental tube dress from FutureState, but its not stretchable enough. we walked sooooooo much, and in the end, both of us decided on black dresses. drats, i can't find any nice and elegant green dresses! :( heck, the black one i bought looks nice enough. teehee. :)
we tried these (and more) ...
go figure which are the ones we bought in the end. or maybe you'll know after viewing our prom pictures next weekend. tskk! :)
we're now all settled with our dresses. am left with the bags to go along with them. haha! it's tough being a woman, because we're really vain! unlike guys. they can just put on a shirt and pants, and maybe a tie (lol!) to go along and ta-dah, all ready! dohh.
was invited to have dinner with both li'e and scott, but because of some last minutes things going on at home, so i had to turn down the offer. i hope scott will understand, and probably i'll meet up with them for dinner again next month or so. :) came back home at 6ish aftermath. totally shagged. zzz.

Y Really grateful. :)
i've been tellin' myself not to bothered by what the rest think about me. but when things get nasty, i get absolutely irritated and mad about it. i swear i was fuming inside when things were poured out unintentionally from the person's mouth. i know it was unintentional, but have that person thought further when letting out those words? i bet it's a no, because up till now, i'm sure they don't know who they had offended. i was really fuming, but still kept my cool. i'm always mad, but got over it after talking to somebody about it. that's me. well, and that's not the matter about being petty or not, it's about how inconsiderate the person is of my feelings.
i may not be rich, but i am independent. i'm sure my parents would love to provide me with ALL the money in the world just to nurture me to become an educated well-being, but i have to tell myself that i can't always be relying and living off my folks. they'll get old, and in time to come, they need to retire and enjoy their lives too. i won't bear to use up their money, and stop them from travelling around with that money instead, no? it's true that our parents have their duty to feed us, but that's not forever. of cause i'll hope that my parents will live and die with me forever, but do you think it's possible? we have to live for ourselves and learn to be independent, and of cause, pay back and feed our parents instead!
i've no complaints towards the duties i'll be having this month onwards. the phone and internet bills are really minor compared to maintaining the entire house and mouth of 4 for years! in fact, with these little stress added to my life tells me that going for work and earning money isn't a play-thing anymore. it actually spurs me to work harder towards all my goal!
yes, i've started work and i've no life? i've played enough and am ready to shape up my future. maybe some people might think that i've changed ever since i started work. i don't deny that, because i find myself thinking really differently from what i used to think. i aim for different things, and strive hard towards my goal. if you can't accept this change, i've nothing to say, except to know that you're not a supporter but a disappointment afterall.
ohwells, at least for now, i know who are my real friends. and who are the real ones always behind me, supporting me. :) i'm really contented with my life right now.

put that aside for now. on a very lighter note, i've had a great weekend despite some letdown here and there. went shopping both yesterday and today! :D
kengey and i had wanted to join in da fun at Junction 8, to witness Luo Zhi Xiang's autograph session, but we went off after awhile because the crowd there was terrible! haha. head downtown to meet neth for dinner and shopping aftermath. neth's practically our slave that day! hahaha. bought a new top for new year, as well as a cologne for my brother's 23rd birthday next week. my brother should learn to love his sister more now! tskk! :D
as for today, i went Bugis with my folks. managed to get a really pretty and expensive GUESS handbag, which i love it lots! i had considered about it very long, but in the end i took it because i really like it very much. :) teehee. i bought another flare skirt as well, which i'm gonna use that for work.
alright, off to pack my stuffs and chill before it's time for bed. gonna work tomorrow lo~~~
and my belated birthday treat from jae will tentatively be on this coming friday. eons since we last met. hmm.. :)
1 more week and it's CNY! i'm anticipating that so much right now. :)

Y Shopping! :D

went shopping at bugis followed by toa payoh central with my family and angelia. my dad only joined us after work at toa payoh central only though. we went to the temple before shopping around. bugis street was sardine packed with people shopping for their CNY loots. haha, but we managed to purchase some loots over there and at bugis junction.
at about 7pm, then we went to meet my dad at toa payoh central where we upgraded my dad's phone. he traded his old phone to SE810i. haha, and now my dad's totally obsessed with his new toy. went yum cha at the coffeeshop before heading back home.
all of us had our fair share of loots today. i managed to buy 2 tops, 2 pants, 1 bag and 1 new nail colour. most of my stuffs were for work though, 'cause i needa be in office wear for 3 months before i'm given my own sets of uniforms. :)
teehee, damn hyper right now. shall go calm myself down by watching some shows.
my weekends are so precious to me now. :)

yes, you are right. i'm home on a christmas eve night.
it's such a quiet and lonesome christmas for me. ever since last year i was disappointed by some friends, i lost interest in planning a splendid eve celebration already. this year was yet another disappointment. baaa~

sorry neth. instead of hanging out with you guys, i turned down all invitation and spent this christmas eve with my family instead. hoho, even my brother doesn't have any plans. went shopping at Jurong Point with my parents in the afternoon. tsk, christmas eve is the best time to do shopping because it's sales everywhere. hahahaha. moreover, i don't have to pay a single cent today. my loots today were a new dress, a new top, and some make-up refills. i love that new dress my mom bought for me. =D
we shopped in JP till evening time before taking the train down to CWP to meet up with my brother for dinner and MORE shopping. as the shops closed pretty early tonight, we didn't get to buy much except a speaker/woofer for my brother's PC. went home aftermath.
and i got home just in time to watch Love Actually. that's like one of the best christmas shows around. my all-time favourite, and i'm never sick of it. so christmassy.. =D

Y Pre-Christmas Shopping.

went to ease our Subway craving before we began shopping. kengey had plan to buy me Fei Lun Hai's giant poster as a christmas present, but we couldn't find any at FEP. then we went on to shop at Wisma and Taka, before taking a bus down to PS to wait for ah dong who came down to join us after work. before that, we even bought the guys some really adorable presents. hahahaha! i won't post any pictures of that yet tho. teeheehee. xD
accompanied ah dong to buy his stuffs before we had our dinner at Pastamania. o yea o yea! we finally found one Fei Lun Hai poster at Comics Connection!!! teeheehee. i feel like laminating it. nevertheless, here's where i placed my dearest poster.

Y Kbox + Mahjong!
no work today (saturday) afterall! reason? dont tell you. :P and neth even took a viddy of kimmy and i singing a Coco Lee number. i loikeee. xD we began at 9ish, and played one round before winding up at 11ish. i won $3 today. teehee. xD kengey sent all of us back home, and here i am blogging about my fun filled saturday. =) *** i am going to be so broke soon. there seems to be so many upcoming events coming up, and all requires aku to spend money. awwww. =\ i am so dead. since im up early, decided to go shopping with my mommy dearest. we took 855 down to Ikea @ Alexandra, and shopped around. had our lunch there. Meatballssss!!! xD bought a lil stuffs, before taking 855 back to Yishun.
after sending my mom back home, i took the train down to CCK Lot 1 to join kengey&co for another Kbox Session. there were kengey, kimmy, neth and li chung, and we sure had helluva fun time there! haha, take a look at how neth sang and where he actually put his mic. looks abit obsence lah.

and so, i sang from about 3pm to 7pm. kimmy left to meet her friends whereas we had our dinner at the foodcourt. some of us thought it was still rather early to end a Saturday night, thus we head down to kengey's for another mahjong session!!! LOL.

Y i want to be selfish!

anyhows. after skippin' school for so long, i went back today. was slacking in eGarage in the morning. didn't had the energy to work on my project, you see. ouhhhhhhh, iScream yogurt ice cream is back in NP!! had a cup today, and o yay, the feeling's back! hurr. =D
strolled to SIM with li'e at noon to meet kengey and ah dong, 'cause we planned to have lunch at NP's canteen 4 together. because of the rain, we had to walk via some covered walkway to canteen 4. and that resulted in us making one big round and end up it's the wrong way! hahaha. sorry kengey! :x
the 4 of us had Bento Sets in the canteen, before walking back to Canteen 3. hahaha! ah dong's ex-mentor is my current mentor - Narayanan AKA Nana! haha! went back to eGarage together with kengey and ah dong aftermath. haha! after settling some stuffs, i packed up and left together with kengey and ahdong. ah dong went to the library to study, whereas kengey and i left school to take 61 to Vivo City! xD

reached Vivo at about 2ish. we shopped around, and passed by GV. decided to catch a movie together in the evening. bought tickets for 6.40pm The Grudge 2. continued shopping after purchasing our tickets. heeheeheehee! despite my painful feet, i had fun shopping with that woman. haha!
rested our feet and had our dinner at SuperDog. our virgin/debut meal there, and it's so fast food-ish lah. i loathe the pickle smell on my Dog! boo. =( BUT. there's an eyecandy working there. boyish and cute. i think he's younger than me lah. hahaha! nevermind, he's meant to be an eyecandy, remember? LOL!

The Grudge 2. not that bad. just a lil bit scary. actually, it's not that scary lah. just that the effects make it that way. haha! i watched this show is purely because of EDISON CHEN! he's my lover #negativeONE, because he's my all-time favourite. haha! he's oh-so HOT can.

teeheehee. as for the plot, i think it's confusing. bits and pieces here and there. it's not easy to understand, and the ending is still a mystery. dumb show, i'd say. but edison chen makes it all worthwhile. =)

Y SHOPPING!
shopping has its goods and bads. good 'cause it makes me happy, bad 'cause i'll feel broke after that. wahaha! :x went shopping with kengey today and i spent close to $200 in all, including my phone bill which costs $86. gasps* Labels: Shopping
right. this morning i got flooded with sms-es from lee hong asking me to wake up. and i think i was a lil harsh in my sms. i'm sorry, girl. but i was really very tired, that's why felt irritated. :x please don't do this anymore ok? :x whatever it is, i'm sorry too. (: i went back to sleep after that, and woke up only at about 12ish. ate lunch with mommy dearest, before i prepared to meet kengey. poor mom is still on MC today. hopefully she gets well fast, and probably goes back to work tomorrow. guess she's bored stiff at home. lol. and it's to the extent that she's actually watching the crayon shinchan vcd froggie lent me. haha!
met kengey at khatib mrt station at 2ish, before we hit town together. accompanied her for lunch at LJS in fep, before we began shopping. lol, bought a pair of 3/4 black pants and a pair of ear studs in fep the pants costs $15 only. there's some sales i guess, as i saw on the price tag that the original price was $36.90. lol, good deal. and i love the pants can. XD

because kengey finds herself spending way too much just in fep, so we decided to get outta the mall without stepping into level 1. lol, then we walked to takashimaya, where i bought my adidas jacket! the one that i bought was the very last piece for size 'S' alright. i've waited for so many months, and finally i got my hands on it today. i hope this isn't an impulse purchase. tskkk! left taka and shopped at heeren and cineleisure aftermath. at about 5ish, we took the train to bugis. had our dinner over at the coffeeshop behind parco bugis junction, before we continued with our shopping spree in the bugis junction. went over to sim lim square, as kengey needs to buy some stuffs. while waiting for her, i saw some computer speakers and that was when i began choosing a pair of good ones to buy. it's cheap, and i needed one so i bought it. it's good, and it costs only 10bucks! worth my every cents, because i'm using it now and it rocks! XD
shopped around bugis streets after that, before we decided to take a rest and have a drink at a small drinks shop nearby. we were waiting for 9ish before we go home, because i don't want to be home before 10pm, when my parents are still awake. i just don't wanna my parents to nag at me for buying so many stuffs. LOL! in the end, i took 851 and i got home slightly past 10pm. WAHAHA! (:
i had a superb day today, 'tho i feel rather broke now. gotta save now, and chiong work. and i'm back to work tomorrow at 6pm. next off day would probably be on friday. yuhoo! right, off to watch devils now. finishing soon, i guess. oh, ah meng..

Y i not stupid too.
caught i not stupid too with li'e and twinny today after school at Cineleisure. we chit-chat awhile before leaving. they were talking about their boyfriends, and i'm really sorry to say, but i felt kinda left out. sigh. i shouldn't be feeling that way, no? i've got no boyfriend to talk about! ): then we were discussing what to do next, so in the end, we all went to buy tickets for the 3pm i not stupid too movie! wahaha. it was a wise choice afterall and i've no regrets at all! =D anyhows, we've got 50minutes to spare before the start of the movie, so the 3 of us went to the arcade to play. LOL! somehow, we found the kid back in us. we played lots of different games, and we truly enjoyed alot. right girls? i was playing this pilot game, which i've to manupulate the plane. but guess what? my plane crashed even before it even left the ground! LOL, that was so hilariously dumb of me! then i went to play time crisis and some other dumb games, before we left for our movie. after the movie, we went outside ngee ann city to check out the radio's 70hours gag. haha! it's so dumb alright. we left shortly aftermath. went to kinokuniya, and we actually stayed inside for more than an hour. we were browsing through the mangas at first, then we walked around and i began reading those new age karma books and those novels. i began introducing to them those books that kengey&co&me used to go crazy over. haha! and guess what? i splurged on one novel today. "the undomestic goddess" by sophie kinsella, authour of "can you keep a secret?". OMG! i'm gonna start by my long-time hobby - reading. well, at least there's something to keep me occupied for now. (: went to shop around takashimaya before going for our dinner at food repuplic in wisma atria at 8ish. teehee! went back home at 9ish after that, and i've got many things to do before i can turn in tonight. moreover, there's desperate housewives season 2 on channel 5 right now. dang, so ciaos! (:
the flick was multi-faceted, insightful and highly entertaining. i weeped at the climax and ending of the show. it's really touching! every single one of us teared. HAHA, certain parts were so funny. "so lame. lame chop. table lame." LOL! other than that, the lead actor has grown up so much, and is such a charming lad now! we were going ga-ga over him! hahaha! and he kinda reminds me of wei liang! :x
anyhows, it's definitely worth the 7bucks! go catch it if you have not! (:
riight, school was alright today. had a pretty short WT practicals today, and twinny was late till she doesn't have to attend class at all. lol, li'e and i kept talking about work till mr tang had to literally shut us up, by yakking at us. wahaha! after that, we went to grab a bite at the canteen while waitng for twinny.
at 11am, we went for our UD revision lecture, which i paid attention and jotted down notes into my notebook. lecture ended at 11ish, and we left to hit town. oh, WT lecture was cancelled. (: took 77 to cineleisure for lunch at pastamania while waiting for amirah's call. we were supposed to hang out together (yay, just the 4 of us) today, before amirah flies off to Australia on next thursday. in the midst of our lunch, amirah called and told me that she couldn't make it to meet us today, so we gonna postpone it to next monday instead. aww. it's okay babe! (:

Y Fearless!
huo huo huo huo huo~ wo wo wo wo wo~ OMG!!! jet li's fearless (huo yuan jia) ROCKS MY SOCKS!!!! i can't get the story and theme song outta my mind. to add it on, the theme song is composed and sung by none other than JAY ZHOU! gawd, it's so nice can. and previously, i only had the radio ripped version of the song, but now i've finally got the original and nicer version! oh yay. go catch the show. i'll give that 4.5 out of 5 popcorns! gawd.
woke up at 12ish this afternoon before getting ready for school. i really dread going back to school after this mahjong-licious CNY holidays. i'm itching for mahjong NOW! riight, friday! :x reached school at about 2pm and i walked to the atrium to meet li'e with twinny, before the 3 of us made our way to class. i think most of our classmates has self-declared holidays for themselves, as not many has turned up for lessons today.
we merely had UD today anyways. ISDT was cancelled this morning, because nana is on leave, i think. nana celebrates CNY too? hmm, interesting. LOL! anyhows, we evaluated neeky's team's device evaluation presentation and we were dismissed. we stayed back in the class for awhile to touchup on the UD assignment, before we left at about 3ish. took 77 at KAP to town to meet kengey at 4ish.

LOL! we walked to Cineleisure to purchase our movie tickets. we were choosing which show to catch, and we settled on watching fearless, as many commented that the show is good. and so we bought the 6.55pm tickets. this is my first movie in 2006 leh. and the last movie i caught was Saw2 which was ages ago. lol. we went to have our dinner at pastamania, then shopped around. bumped into jianwen&girlfriend and nadiah too. then also, i bought my hair straighten already! o yay, finally. kengey, i trust you for this time okay! lol, because i've chosen the one she's using instead of the one i've wanted, which is more costly. the one i bought today costs $29.90 only, and it can DIY do curls as well. hmm, i've yet given a try tho. (:
went for our show aftermath. whoa, it's at level9 this time round. i had always thought level9 is E-Max, but didn't know there's theatre too. that place looks really digitally cool. too bad i don't game, if not i'll sure frequent this cool place. alright, as mentioned earlier, the show totally ROCKS!!! storyline is cool too. huo yuan jia (jet li) was so adorable when he's young, and i think jet li looks cute when he smiles. omg, i'm gonna go crazy over this show. haha! and i bet this is the kind of show he won't miss too.... :/
riight, the show ended at about 8ish close to 9. went to MosBurger for a drink and chat, before we left for home at 9ish. (: hurr, tomorrow lessons only from 9am to 11am then it'll be some girls day out after that. so yay. toodles~

Y the chronicles of narnia.
hurr. some "irritant" irritates me early in the morning at 7ish. hahaha! she texted and called me just to make me get my arse off the bed. in order to make her happy, i told her i've woken up but the actual fact was that i went back to sleep somemore before i really woke up at 9am! hahaha. sorry lee hong!! :x
took the train to twinny's place at 10ish aftermath. waited for lee hong to reach, before we began with our madness "party". we got twinny to change into some lok kok clothings, before we helped her to dye her hair in the bathroom. it was disaster! i was singing and laming while helping her to dye. i've even got lee hong to be my assistant, then ended up the both of us messd her hair up. hahaha! it was all fun tho', and the results turn to be ... okay? lol, not much difference to it, to be exact. ohwells, the colour was dark brown anyway. and it's such an OLD bottle, that who knows it might have expired already. booo. lol.
riight, we waited for twinny to got change before we took 106 to town. oh, i borrowed Crayon Shinchan Vol7 from twinny too, but i've forgotten to bring back. haha! yay, sleeping spells fall on the 3 of us when we were on 106. we slept all the way to town and alighted outside lucky plaza, before walking over to FEP. went to hollywood secrets to check out, and wanted to do my manicure there. but dammit! their slots were full, so they can't take in anymore customers. fine, we lost the mood and i'm totally gonna give up on doing manicure this year. gonna paint my own nails tomorrow or something. BAH.
alright, we spent our entire time roaming around FEP. ate our lunch there too. haha, we were shopping so much trying to find our stuffs. i managed to buy one more top. woohoo, i love this new chic looking top i've bought. hurr. (: we left at 5ish, and i took the train home. on my way home, jing xuan, melvin and sim called me. they were together at sim's mom's workplace. they kept disturbing me, then they were about to go sembawang to buy some stuffs. and sim said since it's quite near to my place, he will come pick me up and i'll join them. BUT then, i had thought there would be mahjong session at my place later in the night, so i rejected them. haha, sorry! there'd be another conrad outing on the 3rd day of CNY soon. yay! o.Ov
i got home at 6ish, and i took a short nap. then there were many unforeseen circumstances, so our mahjong and late night supper sessions were cancelled. boohoohoo! i was oh-so looking forward to them lah, but ohwells, it's okay. there's million tons of chances in future. (: in the end, my brother and i tagged along with my dad to pick my mom up from work. then we shopped around toa payoh central. went yum cha before we came back home only just. (:
hmm. i seriously think my bill's gonna bomb yet again. sim is flooding me with sms-es. he's so darn lame alright. i'm getting bored now. shall call lu hua to check him out now. he was stucked at his doorstep earler on, because he forgot to bring his keys out! wahaha! okay, i'm too bored so am ranting some stupid stuffs. ciaos for now! Y been far away for far too long..
i know it's not right to skip lessons, but i feel really lethargic to go to school nowadays. so i've decided to skip the morning lessons tomorrow and go for only PM which i can't afford to skip anymore. yay, so perhaps i can have more time to do my stuffs. tskk.
anyhows, i went to school for 3 hours only. had WT practicals at 9am, which mr teng demostrated to us some bluetooth technology thingy, and we were dismissed. li'e and i (twinny skipped WT) joined lye hong and sheena to have our brunch in the canteen. we slacked in the canteen while waiting for twinny to come, before attending the UD lecture together. we decided to skip WT lecture aftermath, thus we left for town together with neeky.
took 171 to far east plaza and we girls began with our shopping spree, whereas neeky went off for his hair cut. we shopped around aimlessly, then we bumped into lee hong and her classmate in gelare cafe eating dessert. and so we joined in with them and i ate cheese cakes too. waha! i know it's fattening, but that's too tempting ya. lol. left leehong&co. to continue with our spree after that.
twinny and li'e went off to pan pac to collect their pay after that, whereas nnp and i continued shopping ourselves. accompanied nnp to grab a bite in BK for awhile. neeky came and join us after his hair cut. omigod, his haircut was like WHOA!! so damn jap! handsome lah. lol. and i seriously think he's so god dammit freaking rich. haha! riight, he went off for his driving lessons after eating with us whereas nnp shopped somemore. i didn't manage to buy anything, except for a comic book. wahaha! other than that, i've got my eyes on sooooooooo many stuffs. hurhur. after CNY will be time for some serious buying. lol.
we were supposed to meet twinny and li'e at takashimaya, but the 2 of us were attracted into so many shops before meeting them, so we were kinda late. hahaha! OMG! i saw so many things that i wanna get lah! especially the adidas jacket!! $79!!! and the outfitters girls tees! lol, i gotta save for some other stuffs, thus i did not get them yet. :x
anyhows, once we were with twinny and li'e, we decided to go for dinner. we wanted to eat at plaza singapura but i felt really lazy to walk there. so twinny and i took a bus (we got bus concession) there, whereas li'e and nnp walked there. haha! we waited for them in pastamania before we ate together. shopped around the mall for awhile after dinner till 9ish before we went home. took 857 home and i got home only at 10ish.
hmm. sometimes when things really get on my nerves and i wanted to spill everything out yet i can't, that feelings sucks totally. it just got my blood boils non-stop. don't try to be nice when i know you dislike all my doings. stop acting like you're an angel and i'm the devil. BAH.
riight, leave that aside. i've got better things to look forward to and plan for. laters~

tskk. the ice cream feast at haagen daaz @ bishan J8 was goodylicious! thanks for the invitation and the treat!! winks* teehee. i didn't ate anything for lunch, and only had ice cream. but then, i felt really full aftermath. haha, check this out! they looked great, and needless to say, taste great too! and i didn't had to pay a cents. thank YOU ya? left at 3ish, and we took the train to lucky plaza as we wanna check out some perfumes. WOOHOO, i bought one today! i did not buy the lancome miracle so magic afterall, 'cause if i buy that (big bottle), i'll be so broke for 2 weeks because i still had my phone bills to settle. thus, i bought the big bottle for paris hilton for $47. 2 bucks discount from the boss. =D other than that, i bought the burberry weekend miniature for $7.20. haha! actually, i've got my eyes on many other ones. ohwells, probably getting them next time. took 106 to meet nnp for work aftermath. li'e was late, and joined us in the changing room straight after she reaches. we got changed, had our dinner before reporting in the ballroom at 6pm. had our briefing my steven before he assigned us to our tables. intially, i was put to partner jun peng, but samsi swapped li'e to partner me after that. haha! it was all good.
went to serve cocktail, and half way through, ramesh got me inside to fold napkins before i'm out in the foyer again to serve cocktail. at about 8pm, dinner began. lu hua's side station was just next to ours, so we often chit-chatted. until steve can't stand us! haha. oh yah, steve kept calling me KU KU BIRD today! argh. riight..
everything was smooth throughout the night. i don't know why but li'e and i were pespiring alot. lu hua helped us to take the next course's plates for all courses, so at times we went over to help him, because his partner really cannot make it. haha! li'e and i took turns carrying oval trays as well, until 11pm or so dinner ended. by right, we were not asked to stay back but in the end li'e and i got to stay, whereas nnp had to go home.
we stayed and turned over the ballroom till 12mn and we were signed out. turn over was easy afterall, but seriously, recently conrad's really cutting down costs. sigh. no more biggie money. boohoo. took the 12.30am transport home anyways. saw my junior inside the transport once again. this time round was jun da, the once mushroom head. hahaha! jian qing and him were one group one lah. they joined ritz carlton together. we chatted alot on the van, and i'm seriously considering of trying out the banquet in ritz carlton. i'm considering.. zhiling and nnp wants to go over too. no, we'll not be quitting conrad but work at both hotels. hmm. aunty wendy can bring us in because she's working there now. hmm. hmm. probably during vacations then we'll see how.
sigh. btw, i feel that recently he seems to be MIA. i don't see him around in hotel, and i don't see him online either. sigh, where are you.. :/ nevermind. ):
i'm off to bed now. will be going to SP open house before work tomorrow. sighs, damn the nose block i'm having right now. ): argh! toodles~

Y falling ill.
tickles nose* boy, how i wish this could help in making me sneeze! i'm down with a cough and flu right now. so don't come near me, if not you'll be infected then you'll be bedridden during CNY. tskkk. :x i'm refering to li'e especially, because the previous time when i was sick, she was infected then she lost her voice for a week or so. haha! so shoo girl. :x kidding. eat more vitamin C and you'll be fine. (:
heh, finally got to sleep more today. woke up at 11ish, slacked a lil before preparing for school. got to school slightly earlier to have a light brunch in the atrium with li'e, before heading for UD lessons at 2pm. during UD, we began with our part 2 assignment. for this, we have to make use of the VB.Net software. my laptop was unable to install that, so i can't help much, except to watch. i did not bring my laptop along anyway. i think twinny got a lil mad at us for something? was it us or something else? i don't know. but she did talked to me after that about something else. so guess it's nothing of a big deal, ya? hope so.
after UD, we had ISDT which nana went through the lecture. i think this week's topic was rather simple. we did the tutorial aftermath which the answers were basically lifted from the lecture slides itself. then we were dismissed at 4ish. damn early. haha! we stayed in class to continue with UD for awhile, before we left school. twinny head off to her friend's place, whereas li'e and i walked to KAP to catch a bus to town. yay, i had this strong craving for pastamania dinner thus i suggested hitting town. teehee.
once we were in town, we shopped around FEP. we were aiming for new shoes and bags, but none caught our eyes. i still can't forget the one i saw in city square at malaysia the other day. RM79.90. i wanna get it! probably making a trip there one of the days during vacations. wanna go for mangas shopping too! waha. :x riight, shopped around and i got a few loots. teehee! oh, we've even checked the manicure prices over at hollywood secrets, and most probably we'll be making a trip there on next friday before CNY. teehee! and then our stomach began rumbling, so we walked over to cineleisure for our pasta dinner. on the way there, we went into lucky plaza to check out our perfume prices. yay, i wanna get mine next week! =D
had our dinner in cineleisure, and we had our fills. woohoo! (: after dinner, we looked around at those push carts and i bought a pair of GREEN bling-bling ear studs from one. lol. went over to takashimaya aftermath. shopped in MNG, and there's so many nice tops lah. but i'd still prefer buying them in malaysia. haha, cheaper! :x riight, went into kinokuniya to look at comics after that. haha, so many new titles!!! argh. riight, we left when the store's about to close. decided to take the train home aftermath. on the way, we looked in to forever21 and many. argh, so many pretty tops! everything needs money. oh boy, gotta work my ass off soon. :x lol.
on the way home, lu hua called and we chatted till i got home when my battery almost died on me. oh ya, my most recent phone bill costs me 103 buckeroos LEH!!! 1000 over sms sent, and roaming usage. yay, i remembered answering a few calls when i was in malaysia last month. damn, i've to pay everything myself and i'll be so damn broke after that. how? ): ohwells, CNY is coming so maybe there's still a lil hope. haha. so from now onwards, anything not important don't sms me. call me okay? 'cause i got free incoming. haha! riight..
okay, i'm off to finish up the ISDT tutorials, then read some comics before i'm off to bed. laters~

Y peaceful.
few more hours and i'll turn 19, yet i don't feel any excitement at all. i feel.. peaceful, that's all. (:
14/1 saturday:
i woke up as early as 7am in the morning and head to school for a pretty dumb reason. reached school at about 9ish and i waited for twinny before having our early lunch in canteen 1, while waiting for the freezer contractor to withdraw the freezer. mr yap called when his workers has arrived, so i ran down to unlock the chain for them. when i got there, the chain has already been hacked into half. hahaha! they can actually withdraw the freezer without my presence loh, so what for i go down still? lame! went back to finish our lunch, before we went back home at 11ish. even more lame alright. haha!
got home at about 12pm, and had wanted to take a nap before going for work. but ended up, i watched some DVD while working on my assignments. haha! and at about 2ish, i went to meet li'e to shop around marina square to look for bags. didn't manage to see any nice ones afterall, so we went off to work at 5pm after li'e collected her pay at panpac. haha.

we went to change before grabbing a bite in the canteen together with jingxuan. then we report in the ballroom at 6pm. sigh, zhe bin no showed again and i've actually brought his present along loh! :/ anyhows, the entire ballroom was not set at all, and we began setting up the tables. bumped into wilson and i told him about his letter that was sent to my house the other day, then he told me to dump it. alright, i've dumped it. :/
anyhows, we had our briefing by steven at about 6.30pm. i was assigned to partner lulu at the very far end in the south room. arghh. i thought it would be easy since lulu knows how to be runner, but hell no! before dinner begins, she already said we'll split the runner jobs. she'll run in, and i'll run out. i agreed without thinking much, but man, was i dumb or what? when i told lu hua about it, he said lulu is smart because run only had to pick up platters whereas run out gotta clear everything. he wanted me to tell lulu to change, as in each person be runner for few courses, instead of splitting the way she did. but how to tell lulu? in the end, i kept quiet and worked. and i regretted so, because i felt being bullied! ):
when dinner began, lulu did helped out lah. but at times she's really lazy to walk to the bar to take drinks. then she portion food, which was so damn easy. i had to carry so many bloody heavy oval trays in. i had to kneel and bring up the tray for umpteen times, that my thighs are hurting now still! i think my face was pretty black throughout the dinner. i was okay with lulu, just that i felt really tired. sigh, and guess what zhi ling did? he saw me carrying most of the trays, when lulu (who was so much taller and bigger size than me) was serving outside. he felt it's so unfair for me, so he go say lulu. lulu then told me about it, and she actually guessed about what's going on between zhi ling and i. okay, riight.. whatever.
i felt extremely tired after carrying in sooooooooo many trays. i kept whining to li'e and lu hua whenever i bumped into them at the backlane. haha! all in all, i hate working with lu lu because she's darn lazy, but she's still a nice friend telling me many good advices. good? or bad? i don't know, yet. haha! at 11pm, steve sent some staffs home, and we continued to work till 12mn. initially, li'e and i had said we wanted to leave at 11pm, because li'e heard that if 11pm didn't go back, means will have to OT till 4am. but steve told us that we've got no choice but have to stay. so yay, we OT till 12mn then a handful of us went back. oh, during turnover, steve called me "kukujiao" across the ballroom! omg, how did he knows that's my nickname given by nnp?! hahaha, so damn nan ting lah, when that word came out from steve's mouth! hahahaha!
went to change before signing out. we did not take the transport home, as we wanted to go out to have supper together. zhi ling tagged along as well, and the 3 of us walked all the way to the 24hour kopitiam beside the museum, for supper. we ate and chatted till 1ish before walking all the way back to the bus stop near peninsular plaza to take nightriders home. it ended up i got home at 4am. KO immediately.. zzz.
15/1 sunday:
woke up at 9am, and my family and i prepared to set off to malaysia together. my brother's girlfriend, angelia, and nnp joined us too. teehee. nnp waited for us at khatib before we took the train to kranji together. took the bus to the custom and when we reached malaysia custom, it was about 11am already. something horrifying happened to my dad and brother right outside the malaysia custom. before entering the underpass, my dad and brother actually threw their ciggarete butts on the ground, and some officer caught them and told them to go into their office for a "talk". all of us ladies panicked and was worried about them, but we can only wait outside. when they were finally out, my dad told us that they were merely fined RM50 each. initially, they were supposed to pay RM250 each, but my dad negotiated with them till it's only RM50. hey, it's still such a waste alright. this must have taught them a lesson. haha. everything's alright after that.
we walked the the coffeeshop for our brunch, before starting our shopping spree in city square. wahaha! we love city square! we shopped alot alright. met kengey there too, as they were there shopping today as well. haha. anyhows, our purpose of going there today was for my brother to shop for his CNY stuffs. however, i did change SGD50 for myself to spend. i did managed to grab some goodies. haha! bought myself 1 MNG top, 1 red t-shirt, 1 handbag, 1 "crayon shinchan" manga and some toiletries. haha. you know what? the comics there were so DAMN BLOODY CHEAP!! RM4.50 only okay!! which is about SGD2 only!! how cheap! nnp and i wanna frequent there in future to buy mangas! hahaha.
yay. my brother, my parents and angelia bought quite a number of stuffs as well. nnp too! we spent like nobody's business. haha! nnp and i wanted to share to buy 2 levi's t-shirts, but ended up she's buying for herself and patrick. BOOHOOHOO. i also want! ): the levi's shirts damn cheap lah! haha. :x

at about 5ish, we took 2cabs over to da ma pasat for dinner. it was a sumptous dinner for my birthday. (: pleasant enough. teehee. after dinner, we cabbed back to the custom to head back home. traffic was smooth and we reached singapore close to 8pm. came straight back home, and rested before here i am blogging, and about to go finish up my ISDT assignment. i'm so tired can. zzz.
tomorrow morning gotta be in school early to submit our ISDT to the admin office, and lessons' as per normal after that. and after school, probably heading to twinny's place to take mangas for lu hua. after which, all will be coming over to my place for a small gathering. a simple gathering for my birthday. nothing big like last year's. haha. (: hope it will be a peaceful and pleasant day for me.. (;

Y when will this monsoon season be over?
the everlasting rain seems to dampen one's mood real easily. when will the rain ever stop? sighs* Labels: Shopping
anyhows. finally get to meet up with kengey today after so many donkey weeks of not meeting. lol. took 965 to woodlands interchange and waited for kengey before taking another bus to marsiling. had our lunch at the coffeeshop, before dropping by her aunt's saloon for our haircut. the business today seems to be pretty good. guess it's because CNY is approaching. haha! ann cut my hair for me today. i merely trimmed it thinner and make my fringe shorter. not much of a difference afterall. and it costs 9bucks. CNY approaching, so the price has hiked. because of that, i decided not to highlight my hair. hahaha! :x
after our haircut, we took 960 to bugis. we did loads of catching up on the bus. it's always like this. after many weeks, we seems to have lots to update each other. haha! wonder when will be the next time we get to meet, then update each other all over again. lol. yay, the rain finally subsides a little when we got to bugis. head into bugis street to shop around. i've got my eyes on this bag, and i was soooooo tempted to buy. in the end, i did not buy it and now i'm regretting. HAHA! i'm always like this. :x ohwells...
shopped around bugis junction in search of somebody's present, but to no avail. ended up i bought stuffs for myself. haha. bumped into lulu and xiao hui too, and we exchanged a few words before kengey and i walked over to suntec. continued to search for what i'm looking for, and finally i got it! yay. haha. (: decided to drop by S&K with the intentions to visit wan qi but guess she wasn't working today so we went off for subway dinner aftermath. walked over to the esplanade to take buses home. sigh, and zhi ling just sent me an sms... ohwells.
today was a pleasant day out with kengey. teehee. thanks for supporting my devil. winks* and to end it off, here's the prints we took together. look at my no-difference hair cut. alright, perhaps only the fringe looks different? lol. riight, off to do some shits before i'm off to hit the sack.

Y Monsoon Season. Monsoon BONANZA!
brr. it's a cold cold cold sunday. it's been raining meows and woofs since yesterday. what a nice weather to snuggle in bed. aww.

saturday (7/1):
supposed to wake up only at 11am to meet nnp for our lil shopping spree. but then mery called and asked if i can make it for work earlier, but because i've promised to meet nnp thus i rejected her. haha! riight, went to get ready before going out to meet nnp downtown at about 1pm. had our lunch in Mos Burger @ Taka, before we dropped by Ngee Ann City's X!Capade organised by our school. there's nothing much to see there actually. saw a few familiar faces there, and we did not stay on to watch any of the shows anyway. sigh, too bad i'm working if not i wanna stay and support neeky's dance performance with the NRA! argh.
okay, after that we went to shop around. saw lots of bags but none looks appealing to me at all! it then began to pour, and it was about time for me to leave for work. and, we left town empty-handed! argh. but still, we managed to take neos. the prints turned out to be super white! but still, not bad lah. teehee. (: 
waited for li'e for a few minutes before we walked into conrad at 5ish. went to change and straight away went to the ballroom to report. settled the napkins for awhile and we had our briefing my ramesh. he briefed us about some previous hiccups and 2005's productivity and assigned us our tables. WAHAHA. ramesh was sooooooo good to me last night, because he assigned me to partner with sathis at north room somemore. then when he's double checking the staffing, he was saying we were too strong and that we'll have good life today. true enough!! haha. went to usher at the stairs aftermath till 8ish before azman (our new trainee captain) sent me back in. azman's a very nice guy actually. haha, and what amazed me was that he speaks chinese! haha. riight, when i went back to my tables, most of the beverage were done. waha, that's the advantage of having an old bird partner. :x when i was standing by my side station, samsi suddenly told me this. "you know sayang? i walked around and observed. i still think you've got the tiny-est mouth among all the girls here. " i was like, wth?! haha! alright, dinner began and everything went on ultra smoothly for me. sathis was fast and efficient. halfway through, jing xuan came to the bar to slack after she came back from OC. since my station was near to the bar plus sathis was so fast, i went out to chit-chat with her sometimes. that was when everyone planned to go for supper after work. lol.
alright, dinner ended at 10ish. to cut down hotel's costs, most of the staffs were sent back right after dinner, whereby only a few of us stayed on till 12mn to turn over everything. steve got me to did the linen stuffs, then tidied salon 5 and we were off. after li'e and i got changed, we waited for jingxuan&co. at suntec convention bus stop. the new barman, steve sim, and melvin were there too. initially, we thought there'll only be the 5 of us going out for supper but it turns out to be one whole big group of them! about 10 or more or less? i forgot. they were all their friends. haha. steve drove a lorry to pick us up. everyone stayed in the east, except for me so they suggested having supper in yishun. for that, i feel damn paiseh lah.
li'e and i took the front sit, because li'e was wearing skirt and i had to lead the way to yishun. according to steve, he's a road idiot. LOL! riight, so i led him to CTE (ang mo kio) and all the way to yishun. and we had the famous chong pang nasi lemak. woohoo, yummylicious! steve is a very friendly guy. he clicks with us super well. and he's funny! and his ex girlfriend happens to stay at the block behind mine! brought back his sad memories. oops. anyways, when we were halfway eating, the skies became damn red and they were rushing us to eat faster. but guess we were too slow, because the next moment it began to pour! we brought everything into the shelter and continued eating before we left at 2ish.
everyone were trying to settle down at the back with brolleys and all. all their belongings were left in front of cause. on the way back to my house, i called my brother to standby one stack of newspapers and wait for us downstairs. steve sent me back and i got the newspapers from my brother and passed to jing xuan at the back of the lorry. haha, poor things. they were drenched! alright, so i came home and bathe and went to bed immediately.
sunday (8/1):
i've set my mobile alarm at 9am today, as i wanna go have my hair cut before meeting twinny they all. but i overslept!! guess my phone slides under my pillow that's why i couldn't hear the alarm when it rang. by the time my mom woke me, it was already 10ish! that was when i decided to postpone my haircut to tuesday. went to changed while waiting for li'e to reach my place before taking the train together to meet twinny and zhi yong at ten mile junction. it was raining heavily man. and the 2 of us were like some moutain terters invading the west area. haha. the north and east terters. yay! o.Ov
it was 12ish when we got to ten mile juntion. had our lunch in the foodcourt before we entered sheng siong to shop for what we need for our ice cream stall tomorrow. we were comparing prices, so we bought the stuffs at wherever's cheaper. at sheng siong, we only bought the ice cream spoons. then, the excitement came. it was still raining pretty heavily, so we can't possibly wait for the rain to stop which i doubt it will ever stop tonight. li'e and i decided to take up the challenge and sit zhi yong's lorry to our next destination - IMM and JEC.
twinny and zhi yong sat in front of cause. li'e and i laid all the newspapers we've got at the back, threw our stuffs, watches and everything in front with twinny, took our our brolleys and off we went. zhi yong drove and we were sitting at the back like two pathetic drenched chickens. hahaha. on the way, we were giggling and screaming like mad-tards. it's funny okay. it's actually a fun experience. haha. when the lorry's moving, it's freaking cold alright. we were shivering like mad, yet laughing like mad! :x and also, the water's getting to our pants and our butts were "shivering" too. all's wet alright. hahahahaha.
finally, we alighted at IMM first, bought nothing and went for the second round on the lorry. this time round we weren't even ready yet then zhi yong start the lorry. we were trying to open up our brolleys and were a lil more drenched. haha! went to the RedMan to buy the rest of the stuffs that we need, before taking a rest in JEC to calculate and plan all the necessary. li'e took train home from there, whereas i tong pang zhi yong's lorry back to bukit batok to take 852 home. this time round was better, because i took the front seat with twinny. haha! that was when lu hua called to ask how's it going for us, and be nice and remind me of the cold weather and stuffs. hahaha, he's doing that because yesterday for the whole night i was complaining that he has changed and bu teng wo le. hahaha, nevermind about that.
got home at 6ish, and i just treated my parents dinner downstairs. oh, we've bought something pretty for my brother's girlfriend, angelia's, 21st birthday. teehee. oh man, we've yet bought zhe bin's. their birthdays fall on the same day alright. same age somemore. lol. hmm. speaking 'bout birthdays, jae actually remembers mine. he ought to remember anyways, 'cause our birthdates are the same. the difference is only the month.
