i've promised to blog about yesterday right? my first driving lesson was great! my instructor, mr tan, though naggy but he seems like a pretty good instructor! he brought me to yishun industrial park, where there's a big heavy vehicles carpark, to teach me. there were some other private driving lessons around us as well. for my first lesson, mr tan taught me the basics - looking at all the meters, learning the functions as well as learning how to check the engine. as for the real "practical", i was taught forwarding and reversing. i took over the wheels, and the car did moved under my manipulation! overall, it was a great experience, and i believe i will be able to get my license within this one year. :)

marcus and i were chatting before my lesson. he was telling me to quickly get my license, so that i can take over the wheels from him. sound nice? haha, he actually meant, he will be able to sleep while i drive in future! haha, seems like he's more anxious than me, as he already got ready the P-plate for me in his car. -_-" but well, that's still very sweet of him. :)

after my lesson, i went home to get change before marcus came to pick me up at 5ish. went to CWP for our movie and dinner. caught the 8pm TMNT which was slightly better than The Number 23, but still, not very nice. hahaha! before our movie, we had our dinner at Seoul Garden. we were surrounded by families, with parents and kids, and we find it pretty weird to be, you know, there. haha! oh, i think marcus's a marvellous cook. teehee. :)

after our movie, it was already 10pm but we didn't felt like going back home. thus, we drove to sembawang park for a stroll. sometimes, it's fun figuring out the routes together and stuffs like that. well, we were strolling at the park, and that place's really smokey because people were BBQ-ing over there. then we went to play the swing! or rather, only i played. then we chatted alot. from how his parents met to us to everything! it's a superb feeling. :) after the stroll, we drove to Sungei Buloh for some night drive, see the scenery, etc. we were having so much fun that we didn't realise the petrol's running low! hahahahaha. we quickly drove to a nearby petrol station to top up, before he sends me home at 1am.

it's been a looong and enjoyable day for me. heehee. :)
marcus's starting his shift work today, and his next off day will be on a weekday, and his next long weekend off will be on the 28th, which i'm planning to bring him to froggie's birthday celebration. froggie invited him okay! lol.

i'm really happy. happy to find someone who cares so much about me. happy to find someone who doesn't mind my past. happy to have him in my life. thanks for taking the effort to make me happy every single day since the first day we met. thanks for planning so many things for me and us, for the rest of our lives. i know some of you may think it's still early to say that, but yeah, we both believe that we can make it as long as we're commited, honest, and true. :)
