Y 大年初二
this is really a bad new year for me. bad year to gamble, that is. i've lost a total of $100+ in just 2 days. whatever i played, i will win at first and lost at the end. always giving my false hopes. and that's really really bad. :(
caught this today. and it's really good! highly recommended to have a good laugh! 4.5 popcorns for this!
didn't collect any red packets today, as the people i see are those that i've already seen yesterday. just that we're at uncle henderson's place instead. we celebrated my cousin, kevin's, 9th birthday at the same time, as mentioned on the comment uncle henderson left on my friendster.
we did the norm on every CNY, which is to go around visiting all my aunts' and uncles' places to eat, gamble and whatnot. played some card games with my uncles using my dad's money. we played Bull and In Between. was winning so much initially, but i lost badly in the end. in between is a new game introduced by my cousin, stanley. it's a game that allows one to win fast, and also, to lose fast. that happened to me. i won close to $60 at first, but at one shot i lost $40! from then on, i kept losing. lost close to $80 at the end of the game, and that includes the money my dad passed to me at first!
we changed the game, and i went to play mahjong when ivan and jolene arrived during evening time. the players were the same as last night. i was really winning! my tiles were all damn NICE! but from south wind onwards, i was cursed by my brother. i lost all the way, and lost $11 in mahjong. go do your maths, and you'll know how much i've lost in a day or 2 days. damn it, my luck's really very bad this year. unlike last year which i kept winning! :(
stopped my game aftermath. went to play with the little kiddos and waited for my dad to finish his mahjong, before we left at 10ish. had a fight with somebody, which left me in tears. i was really upset. sigh. damn, i so hate this new year actually. all sort of bad things kept happening to me. why is this so? and i really miss you, and why are you treating me this way? i don't wanna any mind games anymore. :(
1 more day of holiday, and i'm going back to work. will i have to retake any of my certification papers? i'll know the results on this coming wednesday. :/
