Y Reminiscent.
"let's go catch a midnight show after work." he said to me one day during work.
and so, we went for a midnight show after work one fine day. because we wanna save money on cabfares, so we walked from our work place to PS to catch our show. and since we've a couple of hours more to spare before our show, we stopped at a 24hour kopitiam near bugis to have our supper. that was when he made me drink fruit juice for the first time (i don't drink those freshly blend fruit juice, you see).
after supper, we went on for the show at PS. the show ended in the wee hours. again, we wanna save money on the cabfares home, so we decided to wait for the first bus/train home. meanwhile, we spent some precious time together. despite being extremely sleepy, i was happy and i believe he were too. even though we both were equally drained, i made him carried my bag, and he agreed willingly. =)
it's late in the night, and the city was quiet. instead of just sitting down and feeling sleepy all the time, we decided to roam the entire city hall. from PS, we walked back to city hall. we combed the entire area with him holding me and guiding the way. that was when i get to know city hall inside out. we even passed by boat quay, where there's many pubs with many drunkards and ah nehs around. he held me close to him and protected me when we cut through that stretch of pubs. in the end, we stopped at esplanade and rested there. and i dozed off in his arms..
when i'm finally awake, we were both totally drained and decided not to wait for the first bus/train anymore (there's about 2hours more). so in the end, he hailed a cab and we boarded it together. he sent me back home to my doorstep before he cabbed back home again. although it was a simple date, but we did spent some quality time together.
and all that are in the past now. it just so that it happens to flash back in my mind tonight. he used to be that sweet boyfriend, and today, he's changed totally. and i miss the eyecandy he was back then. i really miss that. T.T
earlier on when i was browsing his friendster profile, i noticed he edited alot of things and had new photos added in. he removed those fake wedding pictures, and added some pictures he took at work. and i loved how he looked when he's clad in the uniform. tho he's skinny like bamboo, he still looked good in that. and i heard he's single once again.
ya so? i doubt we'll be able to see or talk to each other again. i just wish him all the best and hope he'll really settle himself down quickly.
