Y beautiful intentions.

yesterday:

slacked for the entire afternoon, before getting ready to meet larling at the convention centre at 4pm. bumped into baby at the security area. grins widely* larling and i then went to get changed into our black&white uniform. went to grab a quick bite at the canteen, before reporting at 5pm.

larling and i worked together most of the time, and we did all the miscelleneous stuffs, preparing for the dinner at night. at 6pm, we had our briefing from vicki in grand salon. there were 20 over shatec students coming over to be 'free labours', plus 10 over TCC, plus the large group of us regular staffs. haha, vicki must had a hard time yelling at us, hoping to get the instructions passed. it was the food&beverage manager annual dinner, some sort, so it was a pretty grand event. guests were all hotelers from all the hotels in singapore. there were quite a number of details to take note of too.

okay, then we were assigned to our tables and partners. it's a 3 person to 2 tables basis. there were 4 VIP tables last night, and those 6 serving that 4 tables were sai, miza, larling, benedict, huilin and yours truly. i was pretty surprised when vicki assigned me with huilin and benedict to take care 2 of the 4 VIP tables. ohwells. anyways, i was the beverage server for the 2 tables, and i was so glad that our side station is at the area (north) where baby will be in-charge of with jovin. wahaha. :x oh, he stayed back for the dinner last night, as requested by boss, even though he's the coordinator. teehee.

after briefing, we went on to do the stupid stuffs, before door opens at about 8pm. wah lao, it was so messy initially. there were shortage of chairs and settings, at the very last minute! larling and i had to walk around hunting for chairs like 2 siao char bohs! argh. alright, as beverage server, there wasn't much to do leh. really. :x so in the end, hui lin, benedict and i mix around our chores and help each other. lol. :x guess what? kenny, one of pan pac's manager, was sitting at the table i'm serving at. i didn't notice him, until he tapped me while i was serving the guy beside him, and asked if i remembered him. LOL! i told him i only remembered he's from pan pac, but i couldn't recall what's his name, only after awhile, i went to ask larling. haha, he then asked why i actually changed hotel over to conrad. errrr, sensitive question! :x

dinner went on smoothly for the rest of the night. there was once baby accidentally stepped onto my left foot. very painful can. he's wearing that kinda shoes that will cause you alot of pain when kenna stepped leh. ohwells. :/ dinner then ended at 11ish, and we began turning over. baby went off at 12ish, whereas i stayed on till 3am. yes, 3am! haha. i was asked to help david and ramesh turn over salon 1 and 4. i was the only one helping them at first, and i can't possibly help to carry those long tables mah, so they got lu hua over to help. i was there laying table clothes, down chair covers, set paper pads all that. and lastly, i sat on the floor to polise 2 racks of glasses. what got me so tiring was that ramesh kept asking me to help him get stuffs from the ballroom, then office, to and fro many trips. argh.

all of us went off at 2ish, but was signed out at 3am. we took our time to change, before taking the taxi at 3am. i got home, quickly washed up then KO immediately. zzzz. damn tired.

today:

happy 14th birthday, jing yi mui! =D

woke up at 8am this morning. went to school, and i was still feeling uber tired. zzz. this morning's weather was perfect for a nice long sleep can. zzz. MOS lesson was cancelled, that's why lessons only start at 10am for us. baby called me in the morning telling me our booking for next week. wells, i'm only working on next saturday, so i've got no choice but to cancel my date with kengey. :s

went for NF class, and was told that mr sunil had left and there's no lesson. holy crap. should have slept for another hour more man. :/ went to eat our favourite da pau in canteen 3, while waiting for twinny. at 11am, we went for OOP class. we were editing our program during the entire lesson. we call it 'edit', because we got the solutions from neeky whom he got it from his friend. wahahaha, short cut lah. :x even until after class at 1pm, we stayed on in class to complete the entire assignment. we stayed till 2ish, then went to the support centre to print our program codes. yay, another assignment completed! =D gotta read through everything, before sitting for the walkthrough paper tomorrow evening. :/ wells, i'm now left with MAD assignment only, which neeky and i decided to start working on it only on next week. winks*

wells, we were starving, yet we were pretty determined to complete and print everything by today, so that we don't have to bring our laptop to school tomorrow to print. haha. after we're done, we then walked all the way to SIM canteen, despite the slight drizzle. i had to go to blk 53 to submit my EP mah. head over to the SIM canteen to eat our favourite chicken chop. haha. everything tasted so nice when you're famished. lol. :x went to the bus stop outside SIM to take the bus home from there.

reached home at about 5pm, and after changing, i quickly went to take a nap. about half an hour, larling called. -_-" in the end, i can't sleep anymore. larling, all your fault lah! haha, kidding. wells, probably meeting baby tonight to get my camera back from him, as i'll be having EP tomorrow mah. as for tomorrow, after the walkthrough paper at 5.30pm, i'll be going to celebrate pei yun's birthday at clementi kbox. hmmmm. till then, laters~

hmm. i wonder how's my brother doing in taiwan. i wonder how's amirah babe doing in aussie. and i wonder how's tiffy doing in KL. people, do take care out there aiight. (:
